One of the Third Class Insurance Company in UAE. Employees are not qualified. They take 30+ days to respond back for any issues policy holder will have. And response will be given only if you follow up. If you do not, They will never call back. It is like Grocery shop, You call on reception, she will say, Call Mr. X on his mobile. Mr. X will say, Its not my department, and why you called on mobile. Later Mr. X will say, Call Mr. Y.Lol, They will keep on blaming each other in their own company and will not give you solution.

Will never buy a policy here anymore, they are sending to very unprofessional garage for repairs

I wont recommend this company to anyone. Please save the hassle and get any other insurance. Been waiting for my car for three weeks now just to replace two bumpers and its still not fixed and the new bumpers they put on was worse than the ones i had on even after my accident. just a dreadful experience and no one wants to help you at all. 😞
