Almost a year ago I had purchased my auto insurance with Mary from Iran Insurance and was also advised to opt for the gold package that includes road side assistance.Fast forward to today when my car got stuck in a sandy area, I had contacted Mary to get the road side assistance number, upon calling the IMC team, they were quick to respond and take a note of my details. The tow truck personnel Mr Zahid was quick to call me to get my location and was quick in reaching to my location, he was very helpful, courteous, and kind.
