Absolutely inefficient. Its almost 3 weeks now and I have yet to receive my medical insurance card, which is required for my visa processing. Because of their delay in processing my insurance, my residence visa processing has been delayed, causing tremendous work and personal pitfalls since I cannot leave the country. Called them up any times to resolve the issue, but time and time again they would seek to delay the progress. Read several reviews that a medical insurance card in Dubai would take 5 working days max to process, but apparently NOW takes the cake in the most inefficient insurance provider. And to top it all out? My company paid AED 20,000 for their insurance place, and even then their service is horrendous. I would strongly everyone to steer clear of this inefficient entity. This is just in the origination stage. I would not dare to imagine the claims stage. If I could, I would absolutely revoke this hellriden service provider.

Now Health is the most unprofessional and careless medical insurer I ever experienced. My company is having the NOW Health APEX plan insurance, which is one of the most expensive medical insurances. We have this insurance for six months now and so far I didn’t have a single claim without issues. The people of Now Health MEA are incompetent, rude and they start always by rejecting all claims. Only when it is escalated to the management, they approve the claim, most often only not in full.In addition there are hardly any medical hospitals, doctors or pharmacies which accept the NOW health direct billing. I can’t wait until this insurance expires, making my company able to move to another insurance. All in all definitely not recommendable.
