This company helped to navigate the right consultant for my daughter who recently underwent surgery .Her insurance would not cover in Dubai and as a result I was physician hopping .My first choice was the States , however getting in touch with their international public relations , setting up an appointment and expectant costs was a nightmare even for me as a physician .As a result I reached out to The Health Bank- after receiving my daughters records not only was the appointment made in a London ( was my second choice ) within 24 hours in addition to expectant costs with surgery date confirmed ,I was also placed in touch with the physician , anesthesiologist and nurse directly via email with option to speak to them in advance about any concerns I may have prior to the above .Of note - this was physician was not available on a “ google “ search .The expertise of the consultant surgeon( who was also affiliated with Stanford) at Portland Hospital , the effort and connection made by THB was not something I could have done on my own.The professionalism and the heart that was done by THB has surpassed my expectations as an American board certified doc and as a concerned mother .Thank you THB for navigating my daughters care , thank you for easing the process for me and my family .For anyone else reading this - if you have had trouble finding the right physician and are looking to take your care locally or internationally you will not regret getting the help of THB.
