I would be happy if all these comments below were true. My company gave me IRIS insurance card. But utter useless. Not even an injection for pain will be approved. Then by 6 months my company cancelled the policy and gave another one. Then I realized that the owner of this company has run away. I was told that this is his usual practice. To swindle public money and run away. Previously also he has done the same. Now the clinics, hospitals, pharmacies are trying to chase him for outstanding payment but no use as he already run away to some other country with the money. Now this company close.

It was Subeen who assisted me. He knew his job, once he verified the required details he promptly resolved the issue. He provided immediate solutions, went out of his way to contact the health providers and got me the required appointments. Thank you Subeen. It was definitely a very refreshing change from the usual non-co-operative staff who take forever to provide approvals. I was actually wonderfully surprised.

I never had a bad experience with this TPA company. Let me share my current experience in which I was sick in the early part of this month, and when I checked my policy in the app, it showed an error. I went to the clinic and was told that my insurance had expired. I called the IRIS support team and the call was answered in less than 10 seconds, and I was assured not to worry and to let the provider or clinic contact them. Indeed, they just manually approved and everything went fine. Kudos!

I can only speak for their Edge package which is the lowest they provide. While this may meet the legal requirements for Expatriates who must have insurance by law, that is all it offers. Do not waste your money on this - it is not of any value in the real world, if you want a true Medical Insurance package.

I have experienced a lot of worst trouble with IRIS insurance team, the approval authority is not at all professional.!! Patient hemoglobin less and advised to Iris to provide medicine, but ferritin is normal so approval refused. Question :- If the patient hemoglobin goes down nothing will happen?? Is the Doctor consulted and diagnosis is wrong? I feel the approval authority of IRIS doctor is fake..! It will be informed to all..! Just waiting to complete the expiry date of IRIS insurance to go for other Good insurance company.! Never ever renew or recommend some one else to take IRIS insurance.Thank you IRIS team.

Not even eligible for 1 star. Writing my personal experiences:1. Haemoglobin was in border of the deficiency level (insufficiency level) and doctor prescribed for medication -> Approval was Rejected even after attaching my previous reports of deficiency.2. Each time had to wait in the pharmacy for long time for their approval status on the medicines3. Had to wait very long to get connected to customer care.4. Approved only one tablet in a strip of 15 of vitamin D tablets since my card was expiring in 5 days. I had a similar situation with the previous insurer where in they had given the full strip though the card was expiring in couple of days. I regret paying higher premium for the card and still getting many of the approvals rejected with flimsy reasons saying that its their policy.I will never recommend IRIS health services.

This is one of the worst medical insurance company in Dubai. Pharmacy did not accept this insurance. Finally I bought medicine by paying from my pocket.

Before my experience was also very bad with Irish Insurance and they didnt approved the Echo for my son, than after i called up them and explained the whole issue as it was some mistake from the doctor to mentioned that its from birth and later on they reimbursed maximum amount i spend. So i will say yes they are good and understanding & Mr. Manish from their back office is a very supportive guy.

My experience was really bad with them. They barely know what the medical insurance facilities they provide . Everyone in their department say different things which shows how much knowledge they have about the insurance services that they provided. Its been almost a month of follow up just to know the exact details about maternity services. I would suggest please take some other insurance because they have a way too longer process for approvals, informations or anything else.For the simplest approval for maternity check up, I waited for 1 and half hour and then they reply to the clinic saying that they cant approve this as maternity check up is only valid at a few clinics.For knowing about delivery details, if I could get an early booking with aster hospital as there were concerns regarding emergencies, they said maam it is booked and you can check with aster hospital. I called them it wasnt booked. Later again after calling them they said they will send confirmation. There were continuous follow ups from me and my mother. Then another colleague of theirs said maam its booked, you can visit aster and check. We were almost on our way to aster hospital and one of their other colleagues calls us up and says maam we cant book it in advance it can be done only after 32 weeks. By then I was really annoyed so I told them that now you shall email us for every details that you state because we were following up with you guys since 3 and a 1/2 weeks and everyone has been saying different things in your department. He said he would. And then his medical approver calls us up and comes with a whole different thing saying maam we never said this and etc etc. after 32 weeks you need to visit and book yourself in aster hospital. And obviously after all this we were really annoyed and preferred not talking to them anymore and rather find a better way out.All I was annoyed was why cant one person just give me the right information. Why cant they clarify regarding my concerns. And as well I had a few more questions regarding it but no one got back ever.Therefore, I would NEVER recommend them. Take a better insurance in terms of maternity, after all its a matter of our child, where we wish not to take any chances on the quality of its care.

The service at the al noor clinic was good but had terrible times facing with pharmacy’s with the policy, they said it’s not like any other insurance but so much hassle for medicine which takes more time to get their own rx code. IRIS TEAM really co-ordinate with the patient waiting at the hospital and process for the approval, i do understand the time taken for the aproval, but sometimes they should really make the space more quicker.i went to Janson Medical Centre for my Vericose Vein skin ulcer problem , the staffs at the Hospital are not so welcoming , they dont speak English , proper training should be given to them for interacting with the Patients.Al Rashidya Poly Clinic , the entire teams are really out standing , especially the Nurses , Ms .
