The worst quality of insurance..patients have to wait for the approval and then after they deny for the approval for normal blood test n injection..Sorry to say but I wont suggest anyone to take this insurance...

Not professional insurance and staff at all ,most of them are rude ,speacily senior staff they call themselves Doctors?! They suspend hospitals from network without updating us I had very bad experience in emergency department in one of the hospitals was very sick , hospital is in network but was removed without notifying ,they didn’t give me treatment was on er bed then kicked me out coz insuranc suspended the hospital spoke to insurance for an hour to send approval as I’m very sick on emergency bed , they rejected ,they were very very rude , I don’t understand what kind of company and staff are they,they should not be here in Uae they very low and poor standard Dont know how they got licensed, seha and insurance authorities need to check after them , they play with out life’s they just don’t care about our health ,money comes first , in various visits to medical clinics I have faced difficulties in getting approvals for my treatment, most of the time they reject treatment approval for simple reason , some times without reason they want the patient to call and show them that he is badly in need of treatment were you have to call them and negotiate with them they don’t have clear policy ,one insurance officer will say not covered were the other one when you call again will approve it for same case ,you feel it’s like bargaining market ,they try to find simple reason to reject your treatment sometimes without reason,I always pray not to get sick and Visit hospitals to avoid communicating with them and face hard time by getting upset while I’m sick talking to them , gambling with our life’s , Medicine : they don’t approve good Medicine , they approve some alternative medicine cheap ones where it’s not available in most of the pharmacies, you need to take big round searching for it while your sick , at the end you will pay cask to get your good medicine to care about your health ,yesterday at midnight 12:10 am I paid 165 Dh’s for medicine coz medicina pharmacy the big group don’t have the alternative medicine name the pharmacist said never heard about this alternative Medicine, the insurance company just want to put us in the corner coz they know that your sick and medicine not easy to find it and you will end up paying from your personal money and they save their money very Cheap way .I have complained about them yesterday to health authorities and Auh Gov in order to check them hopefully they get improvedI recommend every one suffering from this company to register complain about them to authorities.

This is very very very poor insurance. this insurance is not giving approval for the lab test or any other test. for test approval patient need to wait. if doctor advise for the test still not giving. this is very bad insurance. i will not choose this insurance.why doctor asking for test ? this insurance dont know. they just reject denied.

The worst insurance in UAE you have list from hospitals but you cannot visit them because of your insurance grade. The medicine same today I was supposed to buy 4 medicine from which 2 were not covered by insurance so one I paid from my own money and the other I got replacement medicine. You need to closed the insurance company and with your staff knowledge zero of which hospital I need to go wait for 5 min if something is emergency I hope that someone will tell to you to wait 5 min to find hospital for you.

One of the worst experiences i ever had. I wated for 2 hours to get approval and after that they rejected. I do not have any preexisting condition so why the hell would you reject a basic influenza blood test?No point of calling them because they will never answer.Disgusting service!!Manking money of corporates and individuals while offering pathetic services.

We have called you 1000 times to get medicine approval and no single answer. And finally I bought medicine in cash. The most bad insurance service in UAE. You cant get medicine whenever it needed. They close 5 PM and working only 5 days per week. It means you have to hold your pain and treatment until they open, and when open, they dont answer calls. Wonderful service.
