Professional Laid office creating a pleasant environment for team members and Customers.

They have suddenly stopped in all major clinics. They dont respond as well.

Difficult to find. No signage of company outside the building. Reception quick but a bit unprofessional in terms of clothing.

I was calling them but no one picked up the call.The call lasted for more than 7 minutes but in vain.

Will definitely reconsider whether I should use this insurance company the day I can choose myself who to pay too. Staff at the reception can get rude. Not the customer service one would expect.

You know i like to make car insurance for my company.how is contact me she is name carol eve .i pay for my make car full insurance by bank accounts Than she response me but she Didnt make insurance for same day she said after accounting information me than ill make insurance.i wait from Morning 10am to 5 pm last moment said not possible today.than im saying very urgent if not possible today why tell me deposit accounts.befor i deposit money she promise me,she can do same. Horrible experienc,than im sending email no need give me back my money. I hope they ill give me back money.lost my time and dream.i like to tell every one not going oman insurance.

Very bad experience , they are not able to complete the work in desired time period . because of them we spend huge amount from our pocket as they didnt link with our emirate id . taken more then 20 days after submission of the document and payment

I have had a life insurance policy for the last 20 years. A few years ago they started not sending annual payment notices inorder for me to make my annual premium payment. Every year i complain. This year again they did not send and i forgot to make the payment and i just remembered one month later and found out they cancelled my policy after 20 years of making payment. This is a sneaky tactic to reduce risk liability from customers that have had life insurance policies with them. Be very careful. They are very unethical and have no values.
