Apparently the worst insurance one can have.. approval times takes more than 45 mins for simplest of the cases. You followup and they say we sorry , its under assessment and we are expediting request.. still nothing happens.. you are suppose to left on their mercy only.. since they are the insurance providers and thats the practice

Never go for this insurance. Never! So unprofessional the entire team.The injection recommended from my doctor wasnt approved by them, but after the denial they explained that that particular injection is costly and they have different brands of injection for my treatment. BUT nobody even cared to mention the alternatives. Nobody. Ive talked to many people but nobody informed about alternatives they have. I just had to pay myself 2k plus.

Why you guys rejecting all tests?are you guys doctors?

For 5th continuous time i waited for 2-3 hours with my 5 month old baby just for them to approve which are included in my coverageAnd if something(medicine) is not covered in my insurance they dont bother to explain or write comments to pharmacy so that they can create the new request but they keep canceling the medicne request and then dont even respond to the phone calls.If it was not imposed on me by my company i would have not choose it. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone.
