I will not recommend anyone to buy this. The network list which they provide at time of selling insurance has all renowned hospital, clinics and pharmacy. But when you go there just by listening Aafiya they will say it is suspended and not covered.

I had a great experience with Aafiya. They have been my TPA for more than 4 years now. I always had a swift and fast response for all my treatment needs. Anytime I have a concern, I would call their customer service team for help and they have been very responsive and advise on the next step. Also their mobile app is really helpful with many great options like claims status, search providers etc. Thank you !

One of the worst worst worst service. No one response while in need of approval. I had faced most of the time waiting for almost a day or more than that. Please i disparately tell you everyone that if you get this insurance then you will automatically increase your pressure by the time. I really tired of this insurance company.

The worst insurance company in UAE, my wife uses these insurance company and she just gave birth to our baby these May 2021. The baby is in NICU, despite the insurance package showing that it covers both the mother and child, they rejected the hospitals request on the coverage of the child in NICU claiming that it was a late intimation...the worst insurance company and scams, I urge people to desist from these horrible company ...they are criminals.

Last month I went to clinic for my illness. I got the approval with in 15 minutes. Earlier they used to delay for long time. I heard that they have changed the pattern of approach. Lot of automation to reduce the waiting time.

Dear Afia Team,We have very bad experience to use your service. My wife have acute gastric issue and she did not get the basic investigation test and treatment.I am afraid, Gp refere her to the consultant and even consultant recommended test were not approved.We took insurance to at least cover the basic illness, and this is not the case with us.I highly recommend your team to satisfied the problems of your insurers.

Totally third class. They dont approve anything. Everytime reject. I had to give blood sample 1 after 1 , 3 times, instead of 1 time .They Ask dr to treat first , how can dr treat without identify the problem.Totally pathetic. Dont go for them.Even Nextcare RN3 is better than them

The most useless and inefficient company and staff. I renewed my sons insurance with them but it’s been more than a week they have not uploaded the information in the system and the clinic is not accepting my son. Despite calling them and requesting them to update it they have not been able to do so and I am not able to take my son who is unwell to see the doctor. I called them few times but they say the system is down and never bother to call back.It was a big mistake to take the insurance.

Horrible customer service! im just asking for the format of the password so that I can login on the mobile app, 1st call they said password is date of birth but for some reason its always invalid username or password, the guy who answered my call doesnt know how to login on the app and ask me to email the customer service, make sure your employees know how to use your own mobile app!!!

Very unfortunate to have opted this service provider. The back office staff (call center) are very rude and treat you as some credit card defaulters. Further they asked me to revisit the doctor with my prescription and change the prescription/medicine as they wanted. Is this making a fool of the insured or the doctor or both. Would never recommend this provider.

Dont go for it.! No specialist doctor access. Pharmacies not providing medicines for aafiya insurance.! wait for 2 hour for medicine approval, scanning approval and Xray Approval.! After two hour you will get message your request got rejected.! Nice.!!!! Dont go for it.

Please do not go for this TPA - They are the most incosiderate, unprofessional, ignorant, useless company in the UAE.Being a Elite Network, we dont get the approvals for basic medicines for 3 days, and all 3 days nobody picks up the calls. You have no choice but to buy urgent medicines yourself, and then beg for reimbursements all over again.All hospitals, Clinics & Pharmacies have said never to take Aafiya Network, as they face angry customers on a daily basis.No matter how attractive they make their plan, just dont go for it!

Worst service i have ever seen for any insurance company in UAE.Takes too long for approval of simplest of drugs and once one go to pharmacy to get the drugs,after waiting for half any hour, the drug is rejected. They dont seem to have clear guideline and i personally DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

They do not provide insurance for Iranian hospital medical pharmacy items that have been prescribed by the doctor even with a higher plan premium paid for. Bad Insurance company overall not updating and informing the Iranian hospital staff to update the patient details in the system as well.

We cant unfortunately put a zero star, otherwise it would have been definitely my rating for this so called insurance. Worst customer service I have ever had. They took 2 months to provide the EOB of an insurance claim and even though didnt process it. I have had many insurances in the UAE and in Europe and I can confirm that this insurance even free of charge is not a good choice at all.

Which I’m already sure about will be rejected . It’s been 3 months I’m dying for basic treatment .I go to doctor they prescribe medicine which they don’t approve and tests are rejected always .

I paid extra amount and got a so called premium package but I am shocked, surprised and extremely frustrated to have wasted my money, time and convenience for whatever I have paid. You need to wait for hours to get referral from GP approved for each time no matter what problem and how serious, and the worst part it’s rejected after two hours of waiting! Kindly stay away from this company. I lol cancel this insurance and the worst part again I be to pay extra amount for cancellation too.

I dont know how others have delt with this place, I had a hard time just getting a response from the HR and Operations on my interview..The Operations directed me to the HR team and the HR team has no information about my profile..Please a kind request to all the people working out there, Do not waste someones time, someone would kill your time for no reason..But I truly appreciate the lady in the front office for all her efforts and patience.. people like you make a difference..

All fake reviews which claim the company to be good. For family insurance you dont get pre approvals quickly. Expensive medicines are substituted with cheaper ones. Specialist referral is denied. Basically you are denied any attempt to get good medical service which exceeds even 25 or 50 percent of your premium. Doctors please respect your profession by not giving fake reviews here. Thanks.

My doctor has prescribed a medicine which I have to take for my complication and the Aafiya has rejected it stating I have to buy a cheaper version of the medicine! I have paid AED 4000+ for my insurance as a premium and this is the answer i get. Let a lone all the other problems my family and I face for regular approvals! Aafiya is a big NO NO NO.

The worst company, dealing with employees, lack of interest and understanding of patients’ cases with the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, after suffering and long calls, one examination was approved for five examinations, then the rest of the examinations are done according to the results for each examination. The patient has to wait and repeat the visit to the clinic more than once to get all the tests and then meet the doctor After more than two days due to the delay of the examinations, if there is an evaluation less than negative, this is their level. I do not advise anyone to deal with them and to submit any complaint to the competent authorities if they receive bad treatment from them
