I waited for about 40 minutes, I had only one lady ahead of me, and I needed only few information. The lady in front of me had to wait some documents to come, so the guy behind the desk, instead of answering my question while waiting, he spent his time at his phone. Finally, it was my time, I asked some question because I have a critical situation with my insurance, and the guy basically told me to go to the main branch to get an answer or to call the call center... So what is the utility of such a brunch? Just filling form that you can easely submit online? I expected a much better service from such a big insurance company.

Bad. Going with a feeling of my precious time being wasted. When I approached the branch there was only one customer service representative and she was busy with one of 2 customers. So no one was there to meet me ,greet me and who I could ask few questions before getting in the waiting line. I waited 25 minutes for the 2 customers to be served and at the end when my turn came I was surprised with unavailability of the service that I used to purchase in other AXA brunch. One brunch sells it to me and the other says they don’t have such service. How is this possible?

They assigned 2 body shops for my claim.After moving my car the first time from the wrongly assigned body shop, to the second body shop, they send a third email to move it yet again to a third body shop. 15 wasted days with unprofessional unaware untrained team. Do not waste your time and money here

Well!!! i have read all the reviews above before going AxA Gulf branch Mall of emirates and i was expecting same kind of service but i found nothing like that people saying above and i was extremely happy and satisfied by the service i got the and i also found staff was very professional and friendly. Thats the reason i feel like to write a comment..... what i will suggest to people just have patient and wait for you turn...... good job keep it up.

If there is a zero star, I would have given the customer service sitting at the counter in the mall. Not willing to support, not kind, not customer oriented. They are just useless. I suggest to hire people with good skills rather than non skilled staff.

Extremely poor service!!! Would not recommend company at all. They are impolite and customer support lady plays on mobile while serving customers. They also change paperwork requirements as it suits them. Have been battling for days to just cancel service with them. Staff barely speaks english and cant answer any questions, not willing to help. Super fast to take your money. Extremely slow and unhelpful to refund.
