While some employees at the call centre have been helpful, I constantly received conflicting information. Whereas response was initially promised in 1 hour I was later surprised that it may take up to 72 hours! Delay in responses and delay in approving my car repair costs even though I have purchased a comprehensive insurance policy and a constant blame game from agency to third part(ies).

This is a honest and professional review. Worst insurance provider for car accident. No email reply , garage is the worst affiliated eg al shamel garage al quasis , worst customer service , worst claims department , no email reply, no callback ever , we have to call 10 times to follow up even though Ive just been through an accident. So please think twice before going to this insurance company . More than a month since my accident and no assistance. They also transfer you to claims and claims hang up on call when they feel like . I hate such service and hope no one goes through this with them . Please stay away from them

NOT RECOMMENDED!I took and still have a comprehensive car insurance from this insurance company (AWNIC).My car was bumped from behind.I took my car to Dynatrade in Ras Al Khor which was referred by AWNIC for inspection on July 22, 2020 and they forwarded the claim to AWNIC.It is the 4th of August now and still no approval from this AWNIC to bring my car for repair there. I have been following up my claim by calling their supposed toll free line several times but still no approval, and it turned out that the line was not toll free at all, so i have to recharge for my phone credits a few times because it runs out everytime i call this TOLL FREE nr 600544040 coz their answering machine would say that a customer service rep will attend to my call within 1 minute but i realized that 1 minute with AWNIC is equivalent to 15 minutes for the rest of us. Which is why i also realized that 3days for AWNIC probably means 30days.So much hassle unlike the previous car isnurance that i had.I took comprehensive so that this insurance company would take care of my problems in case things like this happen, but NO SIR! I was wrong!13 days and still counting, im driving my car with a damaged rear bumper,my muffler being held in place by a tie wire to the car frame, with a bruised ego because of my cars appearance and fear that anytime that muffler would fall causing much anxiety. It even caused me to wake up in the middle of the night a couple of times. I dont have peace of mind, knowing that my car insurance does not take care of me.If you read this, i hope you learned something from my experience.

My experience with awnic dubai claim department is really appreciate. Got a professional and satisfactory service by Mr.Rizwanullah.

I was about to make a mistake and take a car insurance with you. But luckily i pull back my decision. I usually check reviews on google for any company that provides service .Your reviews were not good . But still i took the step and said that if someone had a bad experience with something . That does not mean that all people will have that same bad experience . But unfortunately it seems to be the same for all .Before taking the insurance policy and final decision. I called your call center just only to check and see how responsive they are ( you can say it was a test ) if they are responsive but i was really disapointed . They kept me on hold for 20 mints . Then no answer . And again i called they kept me on hold for 15 mints and then again no answer .And the most sarcasting is that your answring machine says that i will be asnwered in 1 mint . But the one mint it seems to be 15 mints there .They say dont judge a book by its cover . But infact in your case . It has to be judged by the cover only .Sorry . To say this . But not recommended . However i called an other insurance provider . From the first 4 mints they responded .

Very bad companythey send me to a very bad body shop , careless people .I received the car from Al shamel Garage with bad repairing , they didnt even clean the car before giving to me , in addition to that the car battery stopped working after one hour from receiving the car , I think they consume the power of the battery during repairing, may be some carless labors switch on music or lights during repairing works.I left the car for one week with them to fix a very small hit on the front side of the car, but they fixed it at the last day of the week after several callsI do not recommend this company to any one

I will never recommend this insurance to anyone...kind of shady guys. Service center looks annoyed to even talk to customers, on top of that gives wrong information about what is covered and what not in case claims...also their claom timings are only on weekdays from 8 to 11am which is too short for anyone!

One of the worst insurance companies in the UAE. Its not an insurance company. The accident claim department in Abu Dhabi is the worst department in the company. I hope the Insurance Authority take real action against this company.
