The worst health insurance you can get your hands on!My wife has been facing breathing difficulties lately and the doctor has suggested doing an immediate nasal surgery. Oman insurance has abruptly rejected the request by citing that this was a pre existing condition and that it wasnt mentioned while we applied for the insurance.How does Oman Insurance expect someone to indicate an issue which have surfaced only surfaced only 2 weeks back??? We had no idea of this condition while my company had signed up for this insurance.I tried explaining this to their call center agent but in vain, their response was extremely harsh toned and dismissive!I would never ever recommend Oman health Insurance to even my worst enemy.Please stay away from them!!!

All aspects of my renewal policy was explained, The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and I felt confident in purchasing the Insurance Policy.

At times when we are all under an umbrella of uncertainty, and wondering how our tasks related to official work will be completed or not , and each one is overwhelmed by the unforeseen circumstances, surrounding us; there are those people who still work tirelessly, whenever their service is needed. I had not expected such a positive and welcoming response ( considering the fasting as well) by one Mr Ahmad Nouh and a Ms Sandra. Such response not only saves time and energy, but also makes us cheerful. Also appreciate the patience and quick response from Greenshield Ms Janet. I do have to say that I do not know any of these people personally, nor did I meet them even once. When. people treat us royally, we do want to return to such services. Thank you.

When my approval took 12 hours I called the approval dept then I explained my situation to the agent named reese then he told me no one touched my application then he rejected my application on the spot without explaining why which I found out when I called again from another agent. So disappointed with the service now I just dont know what to do just to see a doctor

You know i like to make car insurance for my company.how is contact me she is name carol eve .i pay for my make car full insurance by bank accounts Than she response me but she Didnt make insurance for same day she said after accounting information me than ill make insurance.i wait from Morning 10am to 5 pm last moment said not possible today.than im saying very urgent if not possible today why tell me deposit accounts.befor i deposit money she promise me,she can do same. I have had a life insurance policy for the last 20 years. A few years ago they started not sending annual payment notices inorder for me to make my annual premium payment. Every year i complain. This year again they did not send and i forgot to make the payment and i just remembered one month later and found out they cancelled my policy after 20 years of making payment. This is a sneaky tactic to reduce risk liability from customers that have had life insurance policies with them. Be very careful. They are very unethical and have no values.

A lot of star on a company that does not respect customers and a customer service employee who does not have a bunch at all. He closed the line in my face, and I called repeatedly and did not answer me if there was a sense of responsibility from the company’s management. For customer service services, which is the face of the company, even if the employee meets an end, he will not be held accountable in this way

His company is tired, and everyone complains about it, and they treated them completely unprofessionally
