The consultant was extremely helpful, gave out clear information and helped me through the process.I feel very confident about the cover that I have agreed and the price was very competitive and included cover for COVID 19.

One of the worst Insurance company i have seen, no response to the email. More over they informed will provide the travel insurance but at the last moment they dont issue the policy.Dont go with this company for the Insurance policy.

Its the worst insurance company ever , After my mother in law was kept in emergency room for 24 hour they refused to reimburse the claim although its emergency case during travel which is covered in their policy , its never recommended to use their travel insurance ever !! #Flydubai i recommend to ban this company from your list

I renewed my mom in law insurance before insurance expired they smartly changed benefits without informing,charged same amount as previous policy but no benefits 😒very sad 😢so unprofessional and misleading clients specially for traveller above 60 years of age without emergency coverage ...shame on this company playing with clients for little amount of money which wont make big difference until emergency arise...

Stay away from this company, a simple task that takes another company an hour to finish will last for weeks with this company, i wanted to cancel my policy and it took more than 2 months to get my money back, other companies will do it in maximum 3 or 4 days !!! Their customer service is baaaaaad, the employess are incredibly lazy and rude and lack the basic human communication skills, stay away, they will take your money and provide 0 service if you need any.

A very big name with very low 👎 customer service. im still waiting for insurance claim since last 25 days. they always says cheque is ready but waiting for GM signatures. 😔

We had taken a life insurance policy for 12 years with AED 60,000/- cover.Sales Person promised AED 89,000 guaranteed return printed on the letter head of the company. Then comes the surprise. At maturity we received only AED 74,000/-Fake promises and unprofessional. Please do not buy any policies from them
