Please dont take this insurance because they need approval for each and everything. Doctor suggested three blood tests for one year old son they want me to do first one then upload that report to approve the second one. You need to understand that its difficult to get the vein for babies and its a difficult process how do you want to do it one by one? Note safe to take the baby to hospital all the time. Please understand no one will go to hospital for fun in the midst of covid. Such a pathetic service..

Has been 3days that I am still thrilled by the service Ive recieved from this Gentlemen called IRVIN. My son has been having grey stool that concerned me very much, blaming myself that I took INSURANCE has not many places to take my child. Insurance company didnt support very much, no one was giving me useful information, telling me check our websiteE care, you should be super proud of Mr IRVIN (i wanna address him as SIR AS HE REALLY HELP US AND WENT EXTRA MILES) AND i hope /wish this good review could change thanks to this guy cuz what Ive been assisted was far beyond the expectation.Firstly, my insurance company didnt link Emirates ID TO ECARE , SO it was hard to allocate his UB, YET, this amazing gentlement was helping me out, explaining 1 by 1, step by step and even call me back instantly so that I could save my phone bill.Secondly, against all odds (different accents, stressful situation), he always encourged and cheer up the client by saying thats absoultly fine, you are absolutly right , there is no problem at allThridly, Mr IRVIN was giving me the most convinient area for me to take my child to pediatritians, name of the clinic, and phone number.Lastly, Mr IRVIN was never used Jargon of his work. If theres abbreviation, he was breaking down with one by one, so that even this korean mom could understand every bits of it, he really tried till I got it.Makes me feel like cry just to think about the amount of help I had from this One specific phone call especially when it comes with your 2 year old child and living absolutley no family help circumstances.I really felt he was my closest family one that day.the phone call made on 14/september/2021 around 06:56am.You should be really proud of this gentlemen, it was blessing to have him in my life on that day.Thank you Mr IRVIN, Thanks to your help, we were able to to check up, consultation, all the needed test, and result came as great and normal.God bless you and big hug and kisses.(virtual)

The approval process takes hours. Hospital is saying the status is pending and on the other hand, ecare claims its already approved. Whom should we believe? Worst service, won t recommend to anyone.. Each and every step of the process requires approval, so if we need to see a specialist, be ready to spare 3-4 hours of your valuable time. Very bad service!

My injury has exposed how flawed this insurance is, I dont even understand how they can make you pay upfront and still have you ask for approval for every step of your medical process. The concept of an insurance is far from their understanding which is a big disappointment. Okay lets say they need to approve every step but surely response time should then be made a critical decision and yet they could not be bothered. Right now as Im waiting to get approval for an xray because of a back pain time has gone by and no sign of an approval. This is far beyond upsetting

Not worth of even a single star. The worst ever network provider in UAE so far as per experience. Even chronic medicines are not covered. Even 10 % of the premium is not utilized, they approve you nothing. Pathetic and worst.

I would like to take this opportunity to address some of the worst experiences I had with the E-care insurance company. If this review helps even one person (Expat) who is looking for secured insurance to be treated well while youre suffering from some serious problem and that needs to be treated within the country Not at all recommended. One of the worst insurance provider that all the clinics and pharmacies do not accept it. I was doing my medication treatment with a doctor who prescribed me some medicine and ointment and told me to want for 6-7 months are try those medicine and if they dont work I will have to do the surgery. I was always buying and using that medicine with our the coverage of the insurance except for the first time. But I was not getting any better and it even got worsen. Finally, the doctor suggested me to perform a small surgery and that will help me heal because the oral medicine or any ointment was not working at this moment he referee to another surgeon in the hospital which there he also checked me again and recommended the surgery. However Ecare insurance didnt respond to the surgery request for many days and I called up their customer service representatives who are also well trained to lie and do not listen to patients requests kept postponed the request until they got to know my insurance card is also going to expire on next month. Therefore they rejected the surgery request and told the hospital to continue with conservative treatment. I had to call the IP surgery team to tell them my situation I had done all the medication treatment and this is the third stage of the diseases that cannot be treated with just conservative treatment and surgery is required and to respond to that very next day I get a notification saying my card is inactive according to the date I have a validity of my insurance card till 6 November 2020 and my card was held inactive on 25 of October the same day I spoke with IP team and explained to them why the surgery is required and how much pain and discomfort Im getting because of this. Now if call them why they inactivated my insurance card their customer representatives are telling me to talk with AXA care and AXA care is telling me they are not responsible for this at one point one customer representative even asked me to provide the recording that I spoke to AXA care regarding the matter. At this moment any patient who is suffering would give up and they know this. They tried to manipulate my case because they dont want to pay for your surgery they just want you to take tablets for everything because that doesnt cost them more money. They dont care about your conditions and discomfort. As they already have so many bad reviews and people who have Ecare insurance have such bad experiences with them, I encourage people to also write more reviews about your experiences and report them to save other people from this horrible experience.

This is the worst insurance company in dubai , unfortunately I am the member my bad luck , if we are ready to spend whole day in hospitals or clinics I suggest this e care otherwise dont choose this insurance, personally I waited several days for approval more than 2 hours each day , always asking supportive documents which clinics send twice , again they are waited me another 2 hours to approve it , Another one reason they dont know which clinics they have to refer, they referred me Hor Al Anz , New Al nadiya building , Deira for Urology ,actually there is no Urology, again waited for another approval again asking supportive documents. Very sad I never recommend this insurance.

Worse card in most of the clinic its not accepted. Only accepted in the clinic where doctors are not so good. Helpline doesnt work. Dont waste your money its better to buy expensive card rather than buying such card where you keep paying all the time and eventually it costs you more than you pay for a good card.

Very very worst insurance providing company.Very service.Really fade up with provider.Dear HR (all companies):Dont select this insurance policy to your staff and worker.Its absolutely waste of money.They always play with your health (appointment,test, medicine, etc).This is my card. Please see there is 10% co pay for Aster hospital.I visited the hospital even met specialist (Gastroenterology).They give some medicine to take only 3 tablet.I went to pharmacy they give 1 medicine.I asked about the 2 they said it will not cover.I called customer service (really no number to contact with them the holo numbers are invalid)Then I contact via mail. They simply reply as : this medicine under exclusionThe cost of that medicine 21dhs (15 PCs)Already 10% pay I paid for consultation.Why need to pay for the medicine too.They said because its your policy.Please gentleman go for some worth insurance policy.This will ok for small company like having under 50 people.For mid range and so on its not preferable.

Am not the kind of person who give negative reviews about any establishment,  however am duty bound to give this information to people out there.If you want to live dont ever use this insurance company, they will kill you. They never care for theirs patients.They have the worst ever customer representatives in the world. They are rude when they speak to you on the phone, and they hang up the call even when you are still speaking or they tell you to stay on the line why they transfer your call to the concerns department and you are kept there for as long as you intend to wait.Insurance companies all over the world provide service to their member and will always be there to pull strings to ensure patient gets the best health care they need at any time in anywhere no matter what. Ecare insurance company is not worthy of been called an insurance company.

Not at all recommended. One of the worst insurance provider that all the clinics and pharmacies do not accept it. ecare keep changing the network list and customer do not know. Most of the medicines are rejected without reason.Please dont take it for life sake if you are ever willing to visit a doctor with this card. Believe me im a victim and you can never be comfortable having this insurance instead you will fear to visit any clinic that 100% you gonna be kicked out either from the clinic or from the pharmacy.

Hotline does not work most of the time. no 24hour emergency number or response. when finally spoke to someone, was sent to hospitals that were not accredited. emergency tests get disapproved after waiting 4 hours in emergency room, per procedure. they should close down and spare others the agony and frustration.

Bad in every sense of the word .. broken lines and inaccessibility .. not covering many medications without justifications .. disrupting cards without reasons ... delay in the approval processes of insurance ... unfortunately bad experience and no intention to renew with them.
