Claim = games from them starts.4-5 years insured with them with no issues. But when I have a claim and I am not even faulty side they started all type of games and nonsense instead of sorting the situation.

Hope you never have an car accident where this insurance has to fix your car.... The low-level quick -fix workshops they send you to will do more harm the good... If you r car is not brand new, only old secondhand parts are used....
