I’m totally dissatisfied by Axa medical insurance. The doctor at Iranian hospital had requested very basic tests that were rejected twice by Axa claiming the pain in my hands was pre-existing which is not true.If a couple of months mean years to you I have no words. You just lost a loyal customer who also had Axa home (2 policies) and a personal accident insurance that will be cancelled at the earliest. Well done!

Worst car insurance company Ive ever used in my life. My car had to be picked up by recovery vehicle. I am entitled to a hire care while it is in the garage. I have been calling and emailing for 4 days straight for a response about the hire car, meanwhile, paying for taxis to get to work. Still no response. Waste of money - I do not recommend at all and certainly will never use again for any insurance whatsoever.
