When I took out this insurance, it was with the hope that there should be treatment for all. My experience after taking critical cover and all other possible covers, I am told will not cover any treatment. I feel very cheated.I do not recommend anyone to fall in this trap.

I found an excellent service and a welcoming attitude by the employees. They found the best solution to cover my needs in a very short period of time and helped me at every step of the process. Highly recommended.

Takaful denied my sons claims for a blood test because what they said were undeclared pre-existing conditions. Worst than that, they described these pre-existing conditions as my son being handicappedDespite a few times where we did an appeal of their decision, explaining to them our son doesnt have pre-existing conditions, despite the doctor herself explaining to them, they stuck to their decision.This is an illegal, atrocious, criminal thing to do to ones son, and using the absolutely false excuse of invented pre-existing conditions makes them an insurance company I wouldnt recommend to my worse enemy

Im extremely disappointed about overall experience.By every claim with basics tests which been in table of benefits while we signed contract we are going through long and painful road.Called several times to explain this situation but unfortunately no one been able to bring correct answers to our questions. Even when Ive been asking for contact with some supervisors or anybody who can explain it to me there was never call back.Sad side is that this insurance is for my pregnant wife, shes very nervous about it. In this time she shouldnt be worried about any problems with one of the most expensive insurance on the market.If you are thinking about some good insurance, better forget about this one.

Google Please Add No Star Option why we have to select Star.Poor Insurance Service Provider in UAE,Please do not buy any service from This Insurance Co. or any related parties from This Co.You will face too much trouble and eventually have to pay from your pocket.They always reject Doctor Prescriptions like they have very great Doctors on their panel. If this is the Case than why they are asking us to go to hospitals why not we go Directly to their office for any medical treatment.

Very slow response, until now Im still waiting my COC certificate and it has been more than a week they didnt send yet I really need it ASAP. So worst they dont know how it affected me. Even my former employer already kept sending them remainder but seems they ignored it. So horrible service

The names of the clinics given by the insurance company in the list are hopeless and some clinics don’t even exist and are permanently closed long back .Moreover I went to 3 different medicals which denied to give me the medicines since they have some payment pending from the insurance company .. I recommend no companies should provide this insurance facility to their employees .

Takaful emarat isThe worest insurance. Had really based experience, they took my money but nothing is covered. I would not recommend this insurance to any one. Specifically not for some who thinks insurance will help them when in need.

It was my first time to use my insurance for almost 2 years for just check up and all has been rejected because my marital status is single while in fact I’m married when started with my company. So I tried to contact your customer service yesterday unfortunately due to holiday etc nobody can answer me!!

Extremely disappointed with regards to the turn around time for approvals and especially when one is cornered unfortunately in life with a threatening illness that needs immediate attention and care. It is taking a lot of delay in paper work and a persons health does not wait till that time. Expecting the matter to be resolved so that we can change our opinions on the rating of the services provided.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most pathetic and unhelpful insurance in the UAE. I have been waiting nearly 2 months for my remittance. When speaking to them they do not know what is happening and always blame other departments. I have now reported them to DHA as they refuse to respond to my emails.

I bought from next care and them and it is useless they will not approve anything and they will make you pay and not reimburse you! I will take legal action against them as my husband has been suffering for a month now! Excellent service. Fully satisfied with the quote. I was for looking Medical insurance for my father as he is on Abu Dhabi residence and received the best quote and customer response. I suggest to have 24x7 customer support which is much needed but overall experience is good.

Almost impossible to get your claim reimbursed. And when you call customer support they dont have an answer. My recommendation is to spend a little more money and go with a more reliable insurer!

Totally Unsatisfactory Network cover for existing clients. No option while renewal means you get the same benefits. If the providers change you should notify the client.Now I have to look for another doctor for my child who hes been going for 2 yrs and is not covered now. Strange because if the clinic is covered the doctor also should be covered. A simple medicine like ADOL is not covered.

Well it is with extreme sadness that we have put such a review for Emarat Takaful. While Taking insurance for our team there were many hospitals and clinics covered but suddenly they removed all and left us to the ducks. Low quality clinics and only 2 out patient hospitals with almost zero quality are covered. Had we knew it we wouldn’t have paid such a big amount to cover 17-18 staff. I will never recommend this Insurance company and their co partners Sehtaq or whatever it is…..

Out dated and poorly managed information on network of clinics and hospitals. They dont even know how to update an excel sheet with the list of clinics or doctors in the network.

Terrible terrible experience. I took the most expensive package 6 months ago of GN+ despite being recommended other insurance, i still trusted Takaful. I never used it until last week where I have been hemorrhaging during my 6th week of pregnancy, and the doctor required me to do bloodwork for tsh and progestrone etc to rule out what the issue is, while I continue to bleed, they keep on rejecting the claims for 200 dhs tests with silly reasons like ask the doctor to write a longer note and indication, while my doctor provided a full medical report. Then they come up with how they wont cover screening in my insurance which they never mentioned before I signed up. What is the worth of such an expensive insurance if they dont even want cover your initial tests for diagnosis? Beware! As they mislead you when you initially sign up, saying everything is “covered” and pay the very high premium? They have no moral fibre for your wellbeing and you can continue to fall sicker for all it matters to them and their inhumanity. Really disappointed and wish I had taken Daman. An overly stressed and sick pregnant women pleading you to never take takaful nexcare insurance ever.

Takaful Emarat name of Shariah-compliant they are just a trickster!They will help you when you are paying. COVID-19 hits lots of the business and if contact with the customer services to ask solution, then they will guide you in double meaning language which no human being on this planet will understand.I have seen google review some of people gave 5 stars, for those I have a suggestion if you wont pay money more than 60 days then you will realize how Takaful will works.From 8 months they are still enhancing our customer experience and if ask something they will send you an email and mentioned sorry we are enhancing your experience.I have lost all my savings with them and got Declaration letter.Think more then 100 times if you are going with Takaful Emarat.
