Visited the branch for the car insurance. Maintained well. Lot of safety posters. COVID-19 related advises. When I called by phone they given wrong information. Because of that I have to visit other office and after reaching the office in Academic city, I have been informed that I have to visit the main branch.

This is not about this branch, however about AXA service overall.I really dont recommend them as an insurance company.You will wast your time and mony for a very poor service!!

Good services. I made a full coverage contract for my Jaguar.

I ask for business insurance and received a price list. during the period of submitting the documents and waiting for approval the agent called Syed come back with totally different prices much higher than the first email he sent. When i ask him why you change the price his reply was this are the rates ether take it or leave it. After i have been following up on every stage this seams very unprofessional. it looks like they dont care for customer at all.

I had a good experience in seeing professionalism and responsive management on my raised concern regarding existing AXA Insurances. I would to commend two of their staff namely Rosemarie Macawile and Joannah Paula Mina for being very attentive in investigating and facilitating my concerns which is now finally resolved. I went there for a cheque refund for a cancelled policy recently. There were no customers, but there were staff at all the desks and the receptionist. I stated my query to the reception desk and they told me to go to the security person who told me the person who handed cheques over was on lunch. I waited 15 mins and no one came. I complained to the security guard who said that no one at the desks were able to help. In the end after persisting, one of the staff from the desks came over and handed me the cheque in 30 seconds. I am not sure why I had to wait so long for such a simple matter. You need to focus on both customer experience and your processes. This certainly would not have happened with AXA in the UK

Applied for a car insurance refund and nobody is responding when it will be ready. The call center don’t know and requesting for a call back from the concerned with out success. No replies in mails and even the Main branch team don’t know the status. It’s a totally unprofessional approach from the team . I am stuck up with this insurance after paying a premium for my Insurance because of their name.

I was lucky and blessed to have Rosemarie Macawile as a contact person in AXA main branch . Not only the enrollment and her advise were swift and very helpful but once we faced a matter that needed her extra attention and professional care , she was so kind and prompt to assist me and I felt it was such a personal individualized service , not just another new AXA member / customer.Also , I highly appreciate how she went the extra mile to stay over her work schedule to make sure the process is done the right way and on time and all with a genuine smile.Thank you againJoelle ,

Despite no customers, takes ages to have information. Axa also not willing to keep loyal customer by being not really competitive for exactly same products offered by other insurance. Really disappointing

Worst insurance company ever they cheat you and they steal your money and dont get the service

They reject diagnostic exams when those lead to treatments and therefore expense for the company. Avoid this health insurance.

I have used the car insurance for a year. And I dont recommend this to you. I had never seen the insurance company before. You have to spend much time whatever you ask to do .
