Bad service.....they have so many reason to not give money..my mother has accidentally and we went Rashid hospital but we didn’t find that time any good doctors so we transfer same day to NMC hospital because we transfer to another hospital they don’t want to claim my mothers insurance.They are arguing me that because of below condition they don’t want to give but in that condition we inform that at the same time that we are transferring in NMC but they didn’t agree.a. The Services arranged by the Insured on his/her own behalf, without prior communication or without the consent of Swan International Assistance- the Assistance Company, except in the case of an extreme emergency/urgent necessity. In that event, the Insured shall furnish the Assistance Company with the vouchers and original copies of the invoices;

Al Hilal Takaful is a good car insurance company. They do Comprehensive Insurance and Third Party Liability insurance as well for your car.I never had any kind of trouble with them. No claim issues nothing. Good people, good service. I am a satisfied coustomer.

The worst insurance company.I have my car accident and my insurance covered rent a car. But I try to avail the offer and the customer care gave me an useless contact number and no one answers the call . I am trying full day that number and contacting the customer care.but the useless customer care again and again told me to call that number. Now I m hopeless. They are not giving anything.just telling during the time we have these facilities and get insurance done with high price.Useless company.

Do not go for their service, save yourself frustrations, they will NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS, EVER. Just pay them money and forget u have an insurance to back u up for anythingI JUST FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE THESE GUYS ANSWER YOUR CALLwhen u call the toll free number, in the options DO NOT select insurance claims, instead select options that says YOU WANT TO PAY THEM for insurance claim due amounts, Your call will be answered in seconds.Amazing.

Horrible company with the worst customer service. Made a mistake getting insurance for my car from this company. First, they gave me wrong price because their agent was busy with something else. Second, he didn’t put my car in the system and I’ve learned it while making registration where I waisted my time. Also, their agents should calm their attitudes and focus on customer service.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is terrible and they took ages to approve the claim. They have one location at the end of dubai, that looks like it is from back in the 60’s.

The worst call center service. Very consistently bad. You never get your calls answered no matter when or how often you try to call. I wonder how such a business is managed, if at all!!

How ever I try to call, I got no answer, just keep waiting for long time and then get disconnected. The company should either increase their staff or apply some FAQ to reduce the number of questions received by customers

The service is like asphalt communication more than twenty times and nobody answered all the Arabs who were in the accident. Their company I sold them or contacted them and knew them going where I am base 3 hours in the street and I came to my account on my account to transfer Arabic and at the other they told me the bill and we will see we can pay or not Do not know what is required for comprehensive insurance if there is no good service
