One of a kind extended warranty company. Very helpful and accomodating to clients.Also I really like the service of claims staffs. Most of my queries are answered well.

Theyll use poor excuses just not approve the claims, even if the fault is from them or the car manufacturer.The Lifetime Warranty is an absolute scam.

Its a complete scam

I can bet this so called great professionals sitting in this office can find every possible way to reject your claim... the best part they dont mention all the details when you take the warranty ... all this details come out from wild only when you ask for claim...and they have one answer... we go by books ... so if you dont service in 10000km exact you might not get any claim thereafter.... Biggest joke of the century,...and we end up servicing in authorized centres having expensive fees just considering that we have taken great AAA warranty and will cover all claims.. they can reject as low as 300 dirhams also :):):)

Parking at citadel tower is Aed10/hour. Sharp bends and dark parking lot. Slow lifts. AAA office is 801&802. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Bunch of criminals. Do not get this warranty. They will do their best not to cover your car even when the parts are stated to be covered.

Stay away from such companies. AAA warranty has Rude staff and is unethical - they do everything not to repair / replace your product. All sorts of excuses and time wasting tactics. The staff is just amazingly impolite too. Even 1 star out of 5 is one too many.

Never buy any service policy from this company. They just dont cover anything. Just try to loot people.

1 star is too much. There should be negative 5 starts! Rude and unethical. After arguing with them they said they will fix my window under warranty but after that warranty will be cancelled!!! What is this way of dealing with customers??
