The best TPA in UAE!!

Very Pathetic Experience 😒, my approval for Haemorrhoids surgery applied in April 2021 from medcare hospital and NAS asked me to go to prime hospital for 2nd opinion as per NAS I went as per my condition general surgeon approved it but its still pending with NAS to approve, today is June 30th and from tomorrow its July, God must know whats happening with NAS insurance. They should realise that they are dealing with patients who are suffering and still taking months for approval. Very upset with NAS service. I called them more than 10times, when ever I call they says 24hours but took 3months and still going on...... too bad

The worst insurance in the UAE ever, I advise everyone not to deal with it.

I had a great experience with NAS. They have been my TPA for more than 5 years now. It is so easy to reimburse your claims with them. Every time i have a problem or a concern, i would call their customer service team for help and they have been responsive and they care about your inquiry. Thank you NAS team!

They cheated me regarding maternity services. I was utilizing AUH Insurance but I was taking treatment in Sharjah. Before consulting the doctor I check with the coverage of insurance and they admit that INPATIENT is seperate coverage amounting to 15K. upon the confirmation I was consulting and then once I admitted my wife for INPATIENT they charged with OUTPATIENT charges as well and they covered only 5k which they totally cheated and fooled me.And then, when I was checking with customer service through contact and explain in detail who gave me the wrong information about the coverage and then they still not help me out while I was struggling with the bills from the hospital.AS OF NOW THERE IS NO RESOLUTION FROM NAS ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.They fooled me on this which I never expected from NAS.Do anyone can help me out on this issue.

They always refuse to approve required tests and scans by valid doctors while I didnt reach the insurance limit. I rarely go to doctors.Very poor and tight plans are put for insurers. While we do copayment 20%Worst insurance company ever.

Very pathetic service provider and most of my colleagues got suffered with the approval delays. Need to chase them for medicine approval several times 😥😥
