Hello everyone,sorry to say this is not good insurance company,i am not recommended to other. because Mr Charandeep singh BE07220 sale me to DNIR medical insurance, And I have been asking for the link of the mobile application since last 15, 20 days and they remain fooling me to giving me different links and my also blocked my no. ...Think if they are not able to provide mobile application link, then how they will give proper insurance...... bad experience ...

They stopped covering my child treatment, their excuse was that I didnt declar his disease during the application stage, I have provided them with the related documents which approve that this condition is not a pre exist and it has been diagnosed after the starting of the policy. However, they stopped covering and he is now suffering from pain. I am really sorry that they are behaving like this with 10 months old baby.

There are hidden terms in Insurance, which I think policybazaar.ae and DNIRC are also equally guilty.I havent contacted DNIRC yet, so giving 1 star as with a value of one star than not meaning it as zero.While taking insurance policybazaar.ae1. Confirmed maternity cover in 45 days while taking insurance.2. After taking the insurance they called me and said there is 12 months waiting later, I asked why before its 45 days and now 12 months... then they informed it will cover with waiting period as 45 days only3. Even in the payment link have condition showing a waiting period of 6 months, before payment I Questioned that, they told me that its there as quotation was old. Have waiting period is only 45 days as per new terms4. Now my wife is pregnant and insurance rejected. While contacted policy bazaar, they need document to prove that she is not pregnant at the time of taking, which they said no need at the time of Insurance. While taking insurance as far of our knowledge she is not pregnant, and those details was conveyed. They didnt need any test report, instead a signed document5. Now they need additional premium to be paid.6. I Already paid 2000 Aed more too get this insurance as confirmed by them that all maternity will be covered.Now they are trying to make more money bto DNIRC by additional premium loading in fraudulent manner.Do not reccomending DNIRC and Policybazaar.aeFirst time tried policy bazaar, wrongfully selected

I had to follow up 3 times after waiting for a call back for hours!Talking to the agents in the office I was given wrong information (after reconfirming twice with each agent) from 2 different agents!Brought this to Assistant managers (Mr Serafino) attention but was being treated as an unwanted customer! No apologies, no compensation, no nothing!Only when telling this person that it would be a good idea to at least apologize to an extremely upset customer, he came up with sort of an apology and promised me an email the same day. The email arrived 3 days later!If you are looking for a trustworthy insurance company, look elsewhere!

Cannot express how bad are their services. The garages that they are sending you are bellow par. Had the car sent to a garage in Ras Al Khor, car was painted outside, minor dent.Picked up the car full with primer, had to go and pay for polishing as you could not see through the windshield at night.

Worst customer service and no proper communication from there staff to customer. I had my accident last december 2019 after submitting my police report and other documents they have told me the name of the garage. Because im using my car for my work i have ask for rent a car service since im the affected party. Then i wait for 1 week since nobody called me i call them then they told me under process and they will call me but nothing happen after more than 1 month. I decided to fix my car and as per them they will give me 450 cheque. They i need to wait for another week to release. I went to collect my check they told me that I need to deposit the cheque to my account which is totally not accepted. After making complaint they told me they will make it cash cheque for another 2 to 3 working days.. worst service ever...

I lost my car it’s stoled by someone and the case still in the court coz they don’t want recover the insurance which must be recovered as per what is written in there insurance book and as per the contract between me and them. They try to escape. So easy to get the money from people but so hard to give back people rights. It’s really Worst company totally Unprofessional totally I’m not recommending this to any person need to have good and safe insurance for any care health house , or any thing . The worst insurance company I have ever seen in my entire life.

I had a flat tyre on Friday early afternoon which required tyre replacement. The assistance was dispatched promptly. A tyre rim was found to be damaged upon inspection. So the service person towed the car to my preferred services shop. The communication with the call centre and roadside assistance team was professional and congenial. Alhamdulillah, the weekend continued to be a pleasant time due to the above.

Excellent as per my experience as i called the 24/7 road side assistance with my car problem of battery that i was not able to start the car. They attend my request in a standard time and they jump start the car and able to drive it and reach me in a safe place.

It is one of the worst insurance that I took and for a claim when am calling nobody picks the line, the agents behave like they are providing the insurance on charity basis. The behavior of the surveyor and the officers(said to be) are a kind of rude and not listening to customers and doing as they like.

​​Policy wordings are not clear, hidden charges, Hidden terms and conditions.I am disappointed by a service level of Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance company since I started using their facility below are the problem for their reference.1. Firstly I disappointed when my wife needs to get her Lab test which was recommended by Doctor in 20 Weeks of pregnancy but Insurance company rejected and said as per DHA these tests should have done in 14 weeks my argument was if that was the case why it was not mentioned on my policy, as per the policy the tests are covered doesnt mention the time period 14 weeks or 20 weeks, I paid to cover everything doesnt matter the time.2. As per the policy, the Newborn child is covered from the day 01 under his/her own policy but they did not cover my daughter since day 01.3. There was a 09 days delay in sending a quotation to me for the addition of my daughter to my policy. Confirmation was sent on 19 Feb and quotation was received on 01 March 2018 and the payment was made on the same date. 01 Mar 2018. I paid for the period which I did not even use and the card received by Broker on 06-03-2018 so technically I paid for 16 days without getting any services.4. As per policy reimbursement is 80% I have submitted Dhs 300 bill and you are processing Dhs 105.60 which is really unacceptable as per the policy you should have a process [300-20%=240-33=Dhs207] Even I went to the same policy hospital which is listed in your Network list.5. If Transitional VAT was there someone should communicate to me earlier as well as at the time of addition of my daughter but unfortunately, no one informed me and no one communicated to me about any additional charges and when I submit a claim for a reimbursement then only you remember to deduct Transitional vat from my claim amount, What If do not have any claim amount how you will recover that money THINK ABOUT IT????Finally my last words to Say GOODBYE to your company, it was my worst experience to choose Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance company for my family insurance policy I will definitely not recommend to any of my friends and relatives and will pass my feedback to all my network as much as I can so no one will face these problems.

They do not have online re-imbursement for NextCare plans, which is primitive facility available in all other insurance providers.

When u ask a quote they will give u high insured value of your car and low premium , but when you are going to pay now they will tell you the first quotation is wrong and they have new one that says your insure it in low value but same premium. So its like a con company. Be AWARE OF THIS SCAM.

I phoned them to purchase a car insurance. I was cut off the line the first attempt after talking to an operator. Second time I was transferred from 1 to 3 other operators, each time giving them details of the vehicle. They don’t sound good on the phone, transferring my call without even telling me. I ended up not buying from them. I’m still a would be customer but already gotten a bad treatment. Imagine if I’m already a customer calling for a claim. NEVER Again.

The insurance premium for cars are cheap but the only value of cars they quote is very less as compared to market prices and other insurance companies they put very less car value compared to the market price.
