Worst company in history .Its should be closed . I follow up for my claim from 9 months and provide all documents but still they are not taking any further action. I inform to everyone , Be careful before insured your car with them.Now I dont know where to go for justice. I have full car insurance from them but not even small repair I can do even providing all documents.I regret to insured my car with them. So other peoples , Be careful before doing this mistake.Thanks
The worst insurance company. It takes atleast a week to get the document passed from one department to another.Claims takes lots of emails and calls. Each time representative blames the responsibility to another person.Always reconsider and check thoroughly before finalizing any contract with this company.

Faulty party in my car accident was Qatar Insurance Company, accident happened on 24 Aug 2021 claim logged, my accidental car in garage CAR CENTER in RAK. Daily calling / sending email to QIC. always get reply we are taking up matter with surveyor now we are taking up matter with legal team. Worst service

Poor level of customer management.After providing them with the official police report they claim the damages will we treated independently and want to make an extra quick AED 500 such a shame ! My file is currently being handled by an agent who acts like hes the one paying me for the insurance. After engaging with his manager on my file I have still received any response . Guys it does not not matter which Insurance service youll use they are all the same. Just remember youll have paid them your hard earned money and dont let them take you for a ride . They can make quick bucks out of ppl like us , yet loose millions to multinational companys . We have the power to change this. Little by little a push comes to shove Keep Fighting.

One of the worst insurance I have ever seen, no response.the hotline number not working and no response from whatsapp number.Unprofessional way of approach towards the customer.They have poor list of garages which are low grade.It took more than two weeks to get approved and the workshop is very pathetic though am not faulty.If you love your vehicle,I would suggest to go with better insurance with good list of A class garage.

At all. This company has so much management issues that people who work there dont even know each other. Above all, they will keep you waiting for the claim for at least a month. Oh did I forget to mention the rude behavior when you try to get an update on your claim.So if you are planning to get insurance, my suggestion is to walk away and find something better. But if you already have an insurance with them, bad luck to you.In short: WALK AWAY FROM THIS TRAP!

Customer service is very bad. They never call back or answer emails for updates. The inspection that they do is not even done properly since they dont check cars properly.They just care about taking the insurance amount which you pay for having a policy. This company is a total joke with really poor management skills and low cash offers for repairs.. 200 Dhs for an entire repair job is a joke, this company is a joke.

They even told my wife to go back to the place of the accident 2 days after the accident to show them exactly how it happened. Dont waste your money, pay more and go with a decent insurance company!
04 222 4045 mentioned everywhere for Qatar Insurance Company. Seems fake number. Since 3 working days I am calling them, NO ONE RECEIVE CALLS. You will wind up business very soon!!Day 2 visit.. Id visited them finally n kept me waiting for an hour without having any Rush. Manager kept eating for hour. Staff so relaxed. When i got annoyed they started moving to give no certificate.

Its really a worst insurance company. no support from any of the team. I was the customer for them since 2years and only one small claim. when i checked for third year insurance they provide me a price of 1470/- and refused for any further discount but i got the same insurance from other agent for 1380/- when i asked the rep she asked me to forward it and after doing it she agreed for same price. further my agent agreed to give discount but being an existing customer to QIC she refused for discount. Also, they say their garages are premium garages but they are not ready to provide the list. the garages may be premium for them but may not be for a customer who is taking the service. this is totally wrong from QIC. VERY MUCH UNSATISFIED... PLZ I REQUEST OTHERS NOT TO CHOSE THEIR SERVICE.

I have purchased QIC Travel insurance for me and for my family at the mid of May 2018 before I fly to USA. My child was sick when we landed there and we had to take him to the clinic. I realized/experienced the following1) Insurance was actually given by a Malaysian based company called Tune Protect (QIC will only give you the contact number in case of a claim-or you can get it from the insurance certificate)2) Customer care contact given at the insurance certificate has absolutely no idea about how to claim for reimbursement. I had to google and get many of the tune protects contact emails and finally one replied and managed to raise the claim (QIC blindly said contact at the Customer care number given in the certificate)3) I was asked to send the claim documents to Tune Protects nearest office which is in UAE and due to the recent blockade none of the courier companies was willing to ship the documents except DHL which quoted me QR 450 which was expensive4) After many phone calls and emails again, they approved my claim with an exemption and the claim was approved after deducting 100 USD (Actual claim amount was 175 USD and there was a hidden charge of USD 100 which obviously I came to know after the claim got approved).5) Even after 2 weeks after the claim approval, I had to follow up and email them as I noticed that the reimbursement was not been credited and finally after 2-3 weeks they credited the amount now.6) The whole process took approx 75 days and not so worth buying an insurance with them.Worst service ever experienced.

The most worst service you can have, they are not answering the phone number which they call it QIC hotline 8004742, and they keep you on hold.I tried to call even dubai branches number 04 42224045, with no responding, answering machine keep you on hold till disconnection.More than 2 hours tried to call, with no respond.I am not recommend this company, I am with them since years and this is first time I am calling them, I realized that they have the worst service I faced in my life.
Those people who wrote that Qatar insurance provides excellent services and gave positive feedback , one of two either you are working with them and you trying to say that your company is good , or your lucky that you been served in a timely manner . My rating for this company is 2/10
They do not process claims nor refunds appropriately, hence had to file a complaint at the Dubai Consumer Protection Department. Would definitely not recommend using them at all.
I met the most rude filipina receptionist today at QIC. When you pay peanuts you will get monkeys, but QIC pays well I heard, but they failed to rightly choose the most important post- receptionist.
