Worse medical insurance ever. You will have to fight for every reimbursement, otherwise you will get 0.Bad representative for any major insurance company.

This insurance company providing lot of clinic list , but practically it not valid.Example, Apollo clinic Karama , it is in the list, but clinic is saying not acceptable this insurance card.I am not happy with this insurance, not recommended to others.

Do not take this insurance ever...In past 3 years i havent struggled this much to find a hospital or clinic.I strongly communicated to the management not to go for this kind of service. Horrible.. no stars I prefer.

Doctor gave me prescription to take medicine from pharmacy. i went 2 pharmacy they are not giving medicine they say insurance is not covered to take this medicine. not use for me.

Helpful staff. Easy to apply for a reimbursement claim. But you have to wait for the refund and call the operators to clarify the process

This is the worst insurance company, this people dont work with ethics.Dear HR and admin dont buy insurance from this company because this is the worst service for patients. They will never give approval for medicine and as well as for treatment. After doctor recommendations also they will never do. Dont go for this insurance policy, this is cheating policy in UAE.For me doctor recommended for small treatment, but I was not received any approval from insurance company.... After 10 days I received message that stating my request is rejected.... So think once if you have very emergency, after death only they will look for approval.Thanks for readingThanksShiva

Very unprofessional service was informed one thing through customer service and received a completely opposite of what I was told. Are not clear of their policy and termHave emailed them with s complaint as no one at customer service was able to find a solution.Wait to see if I will be replied back to.
