The worst Insurance Company i have ever experienced.They need at least 2 weeks to respond on our email.If we want to get the insurance quote , COI , and E Card it will take minimum of 2months to get all these done. Meanwhile we will get all the fines from Emirates ID authority and Immigration....EtcSo my dear friends always stay away from them !!!

NOT Recommended by all means. Fidelity United company has been rejecting by default any medical requests (even very basic tests), twisting the interpretation of the policy terms in order to escape from their obligation against their clients. Note that the same approach has been acknowledged by their brokers as well with other clients too. Fidelity United Insurance company has a serious misconduct and keep ignoring its clients. They have shown repeated misconduct even if you pay for the highest plan coverage. Be careful and do your proper due diligence before approaching this company. They pretend during negotiations very helpful, however, once you pay they start their continuous abuse and disrespect to their clients upon any medical checks.
Be aware, look like some fraud activity, no one responds on given toll free number.
