The folks here are my insurance people, for everything that makes my life easier & always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. When I’ve had life changes, peace of mind would be enough, their bundled rates beat everyone else. Staff has been great about getting all they needs to know about the situation and presented me with insurance options that best meets my needs, and with great rates! I Definitely & highly recommend them.I have been very happy with their service. Never gave a second thought to changing. They periodically review policies to make sure to get the best deal–and when adjustments need to be made, they make them. They are the best!

The worst insurance company in UAE, my son got coral infection on his foot for which doctor advised to have a surgery. I visited the Aster clinic on 15.07.2021 and their team was very helpful and sent all the required documents to the Orient (NEXTCARE) insurance for the claim. Everyday they are just making stories and not giving the approval, when I am calling and following up with them mentioning the condition of my 12 years old child that he is in pain and not able to walk properly, their inefficient team is not bother and giving stories as the system not working, we need other documents, when I asked them to send official email or provide the contact number of the Manager, they cannot do. And today on 26.07.2021, they just rejected the claim saying it is not covered??? Then what is covered in their insurance flu and fever only ???? What is the use of having insurance in this country where medical expense is too much and we insured thinking that our child health is covered which actually not as these companies will just grab the money of poor people and when a person need to use they will make stories.

I have to admit this company is really the best (Quality of service and Price). Special Thanks to Reenie George, she is always very Respectful, and Supportive to me in all my questions and inquires. She explains everything in details and She really made my process very easy. Thank you a lot Oriental Insurance you are really the best in the market. This is a pathetic insurance service provider I have ever heard in Dubai. My insurance is getting expired and contacted them as unfortunately I had to choose them. As I had no idea about motor insurance and had to purchase it as recommended by showroom. when I contacted oriental, the customer service said one of their sales person would get back to me.The sales person recommended me some other insurance company which is a very low rated. The last msg the sales person of this insurance left me is, I WILL UPDATE YOU. and never recieved a msg. Is it the same with everyone. Doesnt the insurance company contact you if you want to continue as your insurance is expiring? Is it because they know how much ever crisis comes they do business? Or its because they are causal. Am I in India???

My car been for more than 6 days in the garage and still didn’t get the approval from the third party insurance and when i calm them they blame the other insurance for delay.I never seen this much careless in an organization.Definitely not renewing my contract again

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the Oriental Insurance company.First off, the agent did not provide any clarity and would always rush to hang up the phone calls instead of explaining the proper steps which would have saved me a lot of time.If not for the sake of being professional, you should at least be more understanding towards a client who just lost their car and paid more money everyday to rent a car.I would not recommend it at all. You might get a cheaper policy but you would surely regret it once you have to interact and claim anything from them.

Probably the most unprofessional, unhelpful company Ive ever encountered.No one will answer your calls when they do they are not even professional enough to address who they are and the company name.If you are in a serious accident dont expect anyone in the company to ask you if you are okay and dont expect it to be easy even when the accident wasnt your error, this insurance company will make you feel stressed and irritated.

I have seen a good number of employees working. Response from customer service is not satisfactory. Price for motor insurance is very cheap and reasonable. I havent claimed any accident so no comments on those.

The worst ever. Claims take a decade to be issued. The worst customer service ever. The phone service is the worst, I spent more than 40 dirhams calling their landline with no any useful informaion. Only indians in their office, so u should be familiar with the indian English accent but even though this will not be usefull since it more likely to be a grocery rather than an insurance company.I have a Mustang GT2009 which I had bought brand new and was still accident/paint free, hitted by a Camry 2001 insured by them. My damages were so bad. The whole right side of my GT was damaged and mostly the door was in a terrible state. Their estimation was AED 1400 which is not enough for a car polish.

Worst one ever! This so called insurance company does not actually insurance your car. Its all just a trap.Its been almost 2 months and Im still trynna claim insurance for my car... but unfortunately Im unable to... :(And to be honest it does not deserve this 1 star either but since there is no lower option, I have to give this rating.

The worst insurance company does not speak Arabic and phone calls are not answered and I did not get the service to transfer my car from the scene of the accident and that I had secured my vehicle comprehensive with the roadside assistance service, but I did not get the service when I needed it and I requested a transport vehicle to transport My car is from the accident site to the agency and I paid a sum of money to transport it as I did not get a transport vehicle from the insurance company in addition to the companys delay in responding to the approval approval report for the agency and the agency did not start repairing only after taking approval from the insurance company and the insurance company service is poor and not worthy Dealing with them, because they are late I accept or refuse to accept and they do not answer phone calls and I did not get help service on the road so why do I pay insurance amounts with added services such as roadside assistance, windshield insurance, driver and passenger insurance, Emirates insurance and the Sultanate of Oman and repair The agency and that I do not get my added services at the time of my need on the road and the delay in repairing my vehicle at the agency due to the delay of the insurance company in responding to the approval.
