My name is Shihab and My Mercedes car policy fully covered by Noor Takaful Insurance , after the accident (I am affected party ), Noor Takaful advice me to give my car Boby Auto Garage, Umm Ramool , Unfortunately very disappointed, took long time, crack on painted area, using second hand materials, secondhand head rest giving noisy , three times I give my car to them, they cant fix the noisy from head rest . as a customer of Noor Takaful I am not happy the service.
As a motor insurance customer, Dar Al Takaful have been really fantastic, easy and pleasant to deal with. Been with them for years, easy to talk to. Im very happy with the service. The customer service supervisor - motor claims is very friendly, helpful and fast when needed. Thank you for the great service.
Never took this health insurance.very poor service. Unfortunately my company took this one for me . Last year we use next care (orient) .next care is 500 times better than Dar al takaful
Dar Al Takaful works with seriousness, honesty and respect.My name is Fabio, 47 y old, i live in UAE around 7 years, i had really very good experience by dealing with DAR AL TAKAFUL, they are fast by replying messages by social media, emails, phone calls and etc. i felt VIP CUSTOMER during all the process of the fixing my car, i didn’t need ask for a substitute car, they offered it to me, they guided me to the best way of doing the things. I WILL, FOR SURE, renew my insurance with this same people. And i recommended to all my friends in my WhatsApp group and my brother as way to thank them for all.

One of the worst companies to work with specially when submitting a claim. They never respond to any email until 2 to 3 weeks despite multiple reminders. I have not seen worst company more than this. They keep asking for more documentation even after 2 months. They think people are submitting fraud documentation. Not recommended is there is no star i would have chosen no star.
If I get a chance to review without 🌟 or give ➖ minus, I would be more happy. This is worst insurance company ever. No one can be worse than them. Worst Customer Service executive (Faizal) & Poor service for medical insurance renewal procedure. for renewal the executive say 6-7 working days to get the policy issuance. The way executive communicated is very rude. Not expected this from Dar Al Takaful.
People working for the insurance are the laziest, the most unprofessional people Ive ever experienced! Nobody picks the phone up and if they do after 20 trials they dont care about your matter. Transfer your call somewhere where again nobody picks up. They dont reply to emails either unless its a clear claim and you send them all documents ready for just registering it. Luckily, I found the one and only person at the end who works for everybody - Ms. Ambarin. I feel sorry for her and I cant wait for my insurance to expire so I can get a new one.

Avoid doing anything with them you will regret it!Their response to the emails is not even relevant and they dont answer the phone calls. In addition, every representative in their worst customer service gives you a different answer! Not trained at all! Such a scam!
Good Luck if you have to ask them for reimbursement. Will not respond properly on email and will work only after several follow ups. Was suppose to have a direct debit but they forced me to pay and reimburse which took me almost 2 months and the fault was their staff did not update their system. Bad customer service.
Worst Insurance Company. Dont waste ur time guys. They informed me they will give continuity from my old insurance, thats y i changed to new. When i took this insurance, still there is waiting period. now telling many other reasons and informed me if i want to cancel the policy, you can do it they cannot give continuity.
Worst customer experience ever. No one answers when you need them for a claim. They don’t fix your car to factory setting and reject original pieces because it’s expensive. Their customer service representative asked me to find him a job at my company, like what type of message does this give?! and having written this here, no one is going to read t and try to fix it.

This is the most cheating insurance company ever I faced in my life. When I took policy it was written 9 month waiting period applicable and when I check with them they said if currently not pregnant not an issue. After activating policy if my wife getting pregnant its dosent required waiting period. I have clear voice recorded as well from the staff. Now when my wife got pregnant, as per clinic its showing 9 month waiting period. When I race the issue with Dar al takaful the gentleman Mr. Mohammad( supervisor) saying sorry sir it was mistake happen from my colleague. If one staff doing mistake yes we can accept , how each and every staff will do the same mistake. It was one of the business trick to attract peoples and when I raised up issue now they are washing out their hands.How we will trust this kind of um professional peoples
There is absolutely no words to describe how mediocre this company is.Custumoer service never answer the phone, and when they do they place you onhold for ages.They use old car parts (sometimes defective) to replace the broken ones, to save some money.They don’t honor your inssurance agreementThis company should not be consider as an issurance but as pure thieves.

Guys before taking insurance from this company please read this. This is not a properly working company. It will be so difficult to claim accidents as these people are not available at all. The location given in their site is wrong.and the number given takes you to a automated answering machine, which will be never attended by any one. Once I kept my phone in call for 34 mins still no one picked. So dont issue insurance from Dar al takaful. Its been seven days I am trying to contact them. I havent got in touch with them till now.

Most pathetic customer service and assistance. The IVR is useless and no one answers. The line keeps getting disconnected. They have practically left me in lurch. My car needs repair and am waiting for their replacement car. Never again will i take their insurance. What a mistake.. Please people dont buy their insurance..
