It was really nice to be there , they attend to people fast and the security guy too was a good Man... But I really dont know why they dont pick calls when I was calling from home

So I was really pleased with how nice and professional the staff were. Even though the issue that took me there was knotty, the consulate tried their best to help. Accolades to Mr Paul who really tried to get my issues resolved.

Sanitizing equipment at the entrance is out of use. Phone calls to the Consulate ahead of my visit went unanswered even though I tried multiple times over 90 minutes duration

They are last, non functional they dont help matter when you complain to them.. this Nigerian consultate should be have the last resort of any Nigerian in problem but No. When ever you visit there they waste your time. Without doing anything.They should put more and be more efficient in carrying out there work.

This is a place to be for your concerns that are within their reach to handle, I bet it will be given adequate attention immediately.I was surprised to see Nigerian Consulate being so organized and prioritise your concern. Answering your calls unlike Abu Dhabi Embassy and when they said theyd call back they did.From the CG to the Receptionist were all down to the earth, very disciplined and friendly. I met the CG personally and had some friendly chats but never knew he was the overall Boss until the Receptionist told me. I stood from a distance in admiration of his humble disposition. Thank you for imbibing to all the professionalism, diligence, politeness, friendliness and numerous to mention.Im taking my time to write this experience because I was there not just once but several times, I believe strongly it wasnt a coincidence.

The lady in the reception was very unpleasant to talk to. If she doesnt know something then she shouldnt misguide anyone with wrong information. When I arrived here she told me that the task I require can only be done in Abu Dhabi Nigerian Embassy. I stay in UAQ and now I traveled all the way to Abu Dhabi to find out that its not possible here either.
