Never answered the phone, the number of options in the IVR message is way more than the number of active employees at any given time, Dont try to call if you want to ask something just visit, there is less than 10% probability that you get something useful there.I applied for Certificate of good conduct since two months, they promised me that they will get back to me once done but nothing, every-time I visit them they say its not ready and you have to wait for us to sms or call you, they dont even give any time estimate or reference number to follow up, and if you insist that your request is urgent they will simply tell you: Let someone(like your relative or friend) in Palestine follow up in MOI in Ramallah to process your request faster or to know the status, you will never feel they are willing to help or care about your case.Finally I have decided to visit Palestine to apply for new one there, as this certificate is very important and its blocking my new job here, this is really concerning and someone should take actions to repair this corruption. Unfortunately Im not well connected to get any help from government offices or complain about the services.I hope someone will take this feedback seriously and pas it to concerned people.

Phone is just for music, no one answers ever

Its really bad, Ive never seen something more worse than this body.First of all, their duty as mentioned in their website is from 8 to 2. However, when I went their they attached a small white paper on their main entrance that their duty is from 8.30 to 12.30 !Second, Even though we waited until 8.30 to access the consulate, again we waited more than an hour for the first person to be served. By the way Im typing this review right now in the consulate while Im waiting their bad service.I hope this review will be delivered to whom it may concern for action. People are busy and dont have time such kind of work.Thanks
