Dubai Premium BLS staff were very supportive and quick in completing the procedures for new born baby. Rates are almost 200 AED higher than usual BLS services, but you avoid the long queue, and complete the procedures quickly. Giving them a call prior visiting and discussing the details of the service requirement, can avoid various unforeseen issues and keep all documents in hand, which can quickly complete the procedures. For instance, if you need a change of address during your passport renewal, BLS staff will guide you with the right procedure. The current procedure is to have an affidavit to be issued via IVS Global services for address change. Keeping this document in hand will ease your application procedure. Apart from the fact it is expensive for its premium services the staff is really helpful and would try to address individual issues as per the customer needs. One thing I would suggest is for bls to move to a bigger office since it is overly crowded especially after covid scenario

Really nothing is clear… all informations are vague.. the centre is more interested in whether u have a photo? If u bring photo of correct size, they will give u many reasons … and u will be scared 😱 that ur PP application will rejected !! Many many stories.. anyhow u need a valid passport.. we have no other choice

There is no difference on Normal or Premium services just making fool.Even I was have appointment on 9Am and I wait for 25 min to reach my number.Then whats the purpose of Premium services. Although passport Renewal fee is 285+tax and they charge us in premium 642 and they say 250 for premium services that is without typing and passport photo or Photographer is also not good just take your pic and print. After you will realise you are younger then the Pic. 🤣😂🤣

The location is convenient to Al Fahidi and Burjuman metros and the whole process is actually very professional and efficient.Ok, the front desk is a bit officious and humourless but you cant have everything?The main reason I cant give it 5* is that the website sets you up to fail.It listed the documents I required and which I diligently prepared. But on arrival at the office they told me that the letter requested must have my nationality and passport number on it. You would never guess this purely bureaucratic nonsense and because they omit it from the website they guarantee that you fail and inevitably just have to book and revisit.They casually tell you the letter is wrong with no realisation of the effort, time or inconvenience the client is put to to go away - in May case back to the hospital consultant - fir yet another letter and appointment and visit to BLS.So they need to think more about customers and reducing set-to-fail procedures like thisSimple - just list the detailed requirements for documents on the websiteALL OF THEM, not just a casual selection 🙄🙄

Very good and quick service by BLS international. I booked for my kid passport renewal the services is very good and happy. Being weekend little crowded but quick and well organized. The parking is pain as road construction is going on. The office should have arranged the parking as well being longue and customer paying extra for services.

The premium lounge is quite efficient and we were called in within 10 minutes of arriving at the centre. Ms Sajeena Salim impressed us in typing out our application within no time and we were done in another 10mins. Glad to see BLS excel their standards and hope to see the good work continue..

Excellent service to get my daughters passport renewed. In and out in 30 minutes. Only improvement area I would recommend is acceptance of card. Considering the push both the India and UAE governments and economies have on going digital -seems surprising that they only accept cash.

Very nice staff. Extremely convenient as compared to the routine BLS centre at Khaleej centre. They even type the form for you. Photos are extra. But its worth the extra money you pay. However, there is no parking facility and thats why no 5 stars.

Today I reached BLS Premium Lounge around 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time. However, the Reception Team of BLS Intl took care about me to start with the process on my arrival. Ms. Sajeena Salim attended me. She did a good job and I finished everything in 20 minutes time. The service of Sajeena was excellent. Keep up your good work.

Check location in the appointment mail received and try to reach here at least 15 minutes before appointment time. Make sure your name is in the list of appointments kept by the receptionist. Paid parking zones are available near by but is in limited space. I went there for passport renewal and paid approximately 650dh for premium service. They arranged photo studio in same office and photo is included in the premium package and photocopy also. Charges are to be paid in cash only. All finished in approximately 20-30 mins. Opted for normal processing and received new passport in one week. Charges are high.

I had very bad experience yesterday with bls premium lounge habib bank building , I went to renew my daughter’s passport but they were very rude and they are having such an attitude even the receptionist told she is the manager and she is the head of that center when I ask about manager and they made fun of us each other. Premium lounge is for quick service they are not ready to even take my application they told its takes two days…

Premium service is good and fast. Most of the things they do them self for passport application. You only need to go with all documents. Better to call them before going and take appointment to check what documents you need to bring. Cost for premium service is around 200 AED more than normal, but you can save time by getting immediately appointment and fast service.

Call centre service is very bad and rude. Counter staff on premium lounge was not responding to the queries adequately. We lost lot of time due to counter staff miscommunication. They do not provide a service equal to the service charge they purchase, especially in premium lounge.

I took the premium service for passport renewal, the service was wonderful and very smooth. I received my passport in 4days. Karthika at BLS premium lounge is really friendly and very professional. She managed everything on her own and I didn’t have to do a thing. Great service!

No parking space available for a Premium Lounge service !!Plus, they particularly remain silent about their ONLY CASH MODE OF TAKING PAYMENTS at their end.Its harassment to go fetch cash from an ATM to complete the transaction. Its not 100/200 kind of money. If the amount is close to AED 1000/-, they better inform customers ahead of time, while booking appointments or in their second confirmation call.

Employee of BLS should be polite and respectful, they are paid for that, they dont own it...and pls be fast...you are charging for fast service not for snail race

I was surprised with the efficiency of the BLS lounge. I had an appointment at 12 today and was actually out of the doors by 12:20. All the papaer work was carried out quickly and although I was expecting a long wait looking at the amount of people in their office I was in and out very quickly. Def worth paying that little extra if you are in a hurry

Today was the second time I visited BLS.1. The first time was before 2 years for my then new born sons Indian visa. Although, I took an appointment I was made to wait for about 30 mins (after I insisted thrice that I was a feeding mother and I had left my son behind at home), and 30 mins was a lot considering I had already taken an appointment. I didnt find them very polite during my first visit, considering it was Dubai. But it wasnt very bad though. I would have given them 3 stars back then.2. This time I visited the BLS center for renewing my passport. I took the premium lounge service for renewal. The service was as promised. My appointment was at 9.20 AM and I was called in at 9.10 AM itself and they were done by 9.30. I took the photos and photocopies of all the documents with me in hand. I wanted them to fill my application for two reasons, I wanted to change my name and address in my passport. So I didnt want to take a chance. The lady who dealt with me, knew what she was doing and I was satisfied with their service this time. Although, I was prepared with everything possible, I was open for surprises, thank god there wasnt any.I took the earliest appointment as possible, because the waiting time can be minimised. Although they said I can take photos and photocopies there itself and still they will finish everything within my 40 mins slot, I didnt want to take a chance, so I did take them along with me, because I wanted to minimise the time I spent there. I only took black and white photocopies, and they were fine with them.Apart from this, I was offered a bottle of water, but I didnt take it(Most of them them present there didnt take it). All of the staffs were wearing masks and sanitisers were available almost everywhere.To me this time, I would give them 5 stars.

It was quite good experience overall at this location. Staffs are well trained and have patience in detailing things to those who are new. Karthika was very helpful in taking care the entire process smoothly.

The service staff were very kind and helpful in answering all our queries. The lounge Service provided support in filling forms and allowing us to verify before accepting the docs. My only negative feedback is that there is absolutely no parking facility in the building for BLS premium Customers. Premium Lounge is nothing but a method to charge more money for a slightly quicker (3 days) appointment and submission of passport application, as confirmed by a staff.You will be asked to pay additional money for photocopies, form-filling, passport photos, etc !!! Nothing premium about paying AED 236 !Bring your photos and photocopies of documents to avoid paying more ! Make sure to ask for all extra charges before making payment. Also there is no facility to pay via credit card... only cash will be accepted.If no urgency, dont waste your money. Just process your application in normal procedure and save your money.

I have been to premium lounge couple of times before. And the service was good as it saves lot of time plus the feel of a premium lounge. This time, I was disappointed. It was a bit crowd considering the Covid situation even though we booked 1 week in advance. And we had to wait too long. Not worth the extra money they charge for the premium service.

Should give negative marks for charging 236 dhs extra than all govt charges, on the name of Premium Lounge they charged 236 dhs but no service , when you visit it is messed up i surprised, In Such covid pandemic, They dont follow any precaution or social distancing, They just work for money not for customer experience, First of all i surprised no parking service, no wifi service Huge rush, Worst office, Poor ambience,Govt given such important work to private company they are just sitting to get money.

Best vip lounge service for passport renewal. We were sceptical about the number of people(crowd) during covid times but lounge service next to ADCB Bank/MTR service really astonished us-*Very limited people in the appointment duration adhering all covid measures.*They will not allow anyone without appointment.* We were little early ie.8.40am for our 9am appointment but the staff were on time and started processing on time.* The entire process including photo took 20 to 24mins.* Unfortunately forgot to acknowledge the staff name who processed our file but honestly she was very friendly, fluent and understanding. Thank you dear.* Would highly recommend this service..The best part of all is Saturday we applied and Monday we recieved the renewed passport 👏.

Our experience at BLS premium lounge was very prompt and the person attending to us, Karthika was very pleasant and helpful.We received a call the day before as a reminder and the documents that were required.They do provide additional assistance like photocopy services and photos should you need it.Highly recommend it.

If they are going to offer premium service and charge 600 something aed they might as well train someone at the front desk who can have a decent friendly conversation with the customer . BE READY TO SPEND EXTRA :Overall experience at this place is Ok. Not denying as you dont have to be in heavy queue without appointment. I took this premium service just because there web site was not allowing me to fix an appointment at regular location .They always try to find fault for the form which is filled by you as they can charge AED 30+WAT extra . Also for the photograph . I had my PP photo which was professionally taken at a studio . They were insisting me to take another one at there place for which they will again charge AED 30+WAT. I dont wanted the complication so i agreed thinking they will take it professionally. Finally the same counter staff pulled out a small digital camera and took my photo against the wall and charges 30AED extra . Now each time when i look at my passport photo in the passport , i feel pity .So this place is basically if you want to avoid waiting time and ready to spend . As this is s private outsourced place , purely business.....

A super awesome place to get your Indian passport related work in dubai. Went there to renew my kids passport and it was smooth as breeze. They charge around approx 550 AED for regular renewal but they assist you with everything from filling the form , photograph, courier etc. for regular renewal they mention it takes around 1-2 weeks for the passport to arrive through courier, but mine came in just 2 days. For tatkal you have to pay around 500 more but that’s not needed I guess unless it’s very urgent. Call them book an appointment and that’s it rest will be taken care of by then . For kids passport renewal both parents and kid should visit the place with original passports and emirates ID. The parking is little stiff to get as the building is on a busy street in bur dubai.

Very good service. Got my Indian passport within 3 days, that too without choosing fast track option. There is photography studio service and photocopy service as well.Cost is comparatively higher compared to service in in India.

Very bad, while booking an appointment CSR informed everything will finish within 30 minut, no waiting, no rush. But unfortunately we need to wait more than two and half hour at least get a call. Premium only in payment not in service.

Its worth spending to be at premium lounge and get ur things done faster .. one more suggestion they should hire more staff to speed up the entire process or make it online most of things before meeting or checking the original docs..

As premium option everything is fine. Staff are cooperative and friendly.It would be good if the normal facility also increase the quality of service because everyone deserves the quality service irrespective of wealth!!!

There is no where So called Premium Lounge Service.Its same as normal service.Specially during Covid-19 Pandemic they should have allowed limited applicants.No one is following Covid Guidelines, over crowded space.

Quick and fast, better to opt for premium as they do everything, the normal process is a headache.

I have no idea why the service is called premium. The lousiest service ever. The agent who handled my case was least interested in helping. They advertise they will fill the form for you, do the necessary things required, world class service.. blah blah.. but it felt like I was at the mercy of the agent. Atleast that’s what I felt. My agent spoke very little, it was difficult for her to give any information or simply put, did not want to help. charged me extra for retyping my application. I have no idea why? If you are anyway going to fill the application for me, you did your usual job, which was type once! My agent just did not want to log in to the passport website. She insisted I go get a print out. Why? When you have a printer and laptop? She knows that you can’t save the application form on your phone, she did not want to help or guide.I asked her what to do? She repeated the same thing. She wanted to take another applicant in my appointment just because It took me time to send the form. I have no idea why this attitude. They charge you extra for just getting an appointment, rest nothing is premium about this place. Their job is customer service, have no idea on what criteria they hire their agents. Please don’t book premium lounge. The customer care number is the worst, you never get through. All in all, bad service.

Please book your appointment prior before you go there.the website says walk in allowed for kids and elderly but they didnot accept us without an appointment and its little bit difficult to find their office as there was no board and no one knew where it was .

They made a mistake while filling an application for passport renewal. I noticed it when I got new passport and raised with them. They rectified it without any additional charges and resubmitted application.
