Wear a kandora and you get VIP treatment. For god sake , this is a consulate!! No one here should be above anyone else.But rest assured, the staff is friendly and the processing is fast. Except in Ramadan. The staff is friendly and helpful including the top management.

The worst service ever! The man at the door extremely rude, has no respect for women, was shouting at me at the door and refused to let me in for no reason and told me to wait in 47degrees heat for 45 minutes.I am a UAE national and I was disrespecting in my own country by this man who left me in the heat for 45 minutes.Unacceptable, ignorant and I will make sure to make a police complaint as this was harassment!

No one response the calls, chat. They have provided whatsapp number for support i have sent text over there. He have given me another landline number. Then i called on. No one still have been receiving calls. Worst support ever. Indonesian government should take proper action.

We went to consulate on 5 may 2021 23rd Ramadan to renew my friend passport We check online in google Ramadan timing showing will be open 9 am when we arrived there We find one paper on consulate gate it’s writing there consulate will be open 10 am .please if there is any changing please update online as well we are coming very far .very bad experience guys kindly before you come to Indonesia consulate in Dubai please call them and check the timing from them because they can change time any time thank you
