I really appreciate how our government helped us OFW/OWWA members especially now in the middle of pandemic.For 10years of being OFW I must say that all the staff are now very accommodating and very helpful. Unlike way back 2012/2013.Please also bear with them as they really doing their best to assist us.
At least have someone answering us in whatsapp to give us the right person to contact in the consulate with our inquiries rather than saying ask the procedure in your local area in Philippines. Furthermore, I called few times on the landline but wasted my time as I receive no answer. As we are doing our best to contact you even in our busy schedule we ask that please do your part as well.
The security in the main gate are very accommodating. You have to prepare all required documents for you to be able to allowed access inside the premises.. the personnel inside are friendly. They will give you stab and will ask you to proceed inside the next room in the building.It was a bit crowded when I went there so be very cautious with social distancing as the space inside is not big enough. Once your number will be called, go to the counter and present all required documents. After verification, you will then ask to proceed to the cashier and pay the amount. After that you will then ask to come back on the date to collect the documents.Overall the whole process was smooth, it took me about less than an hour. just make sure that all your documents are complete.
I HOPE THERE WAS ZERO STAR OPTION TO SELECT. WORST CONSULATE EVER IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. NO ONE IS BOTHERED TO ANSWER OUR CALLS. HORRIBLE. TRIED CALLING 3 DAYS DURING DIFFERENT TIME OF THE DAY.
Why do you let all your low class workers come to the UAE and destroy the market and service standards of the United Arab Emirates? Can you please ensure that your government reinitiates citizens of the Philippines have approvals to leave the country, and pay money at the airport? Because if you dont do that consumers have to suffer.

I had a very bad experience renewing my passport, that was the first time I will renew and visited Philippine consulate. I was attended with the old lady wearing glass and Iβm not familiar with her name she was assigned on the 3rd counter and verifying my documents if I have fill everything what to be done but I have missed something to fill on that form and I was surprised with her words and felt shy on that day in front of many people behind me, because she have told me that I donβt know how to read and understand and she was telling something on the lady beside her that βItβs seems like Iβm teaching grade school here and itβs better to teach my grandchildren because they can easily understandβ Then I said apology because that was the first time I renew my passport so I have no idea. I was feeling bad that day and looking for some complaint box but unfortunately I couldnβt find anything. This is a good thing that I found online feedback so our government can orient their workers not to be rude in front of anyone. I hope this feedback would help to improve the customer service or attitude of those staff towards anyone else (OFW).Thank you and Regards.

Theres an old lady with glasses in the counter who is very rude. Using foul words and has no respect to anyone especially to filipinos who are domestic helpers or nannies in here. Very disappointing.

Went to philippine consulate to renew my passport and everything went well, staff in the Hall C were very accommodating and friendly but on the passport processing there is one old lady I hope she knows that she is working as customer service. Such a shame on how she talked so rudely to people there! Please give her some training on how a customer service should be!! She is the grumpiest person there
The consulate should be relocated where transportation is easily accessible for all filipinos.

When we process our documents for marriage the lady in the counter she is not approachable and she is not eager to give us proper instructions.Second after we got married last January 2021 till now we didnβt get our despatch number the processing is very slow and I dont understand why we need to pick up our authenticated MC from Philippines? We are expecting to collect here in dubai because we have paid 340aed !The procedure itβs very complicated in general.
V bad experience I visit the counslate today and the security guard Mr David black colour slim have a v bad attitude and bad behavior the other two guards are kind and good helping but mr David have eago the counslate shout take action about that to give respect to Filipino national I am from other nationality but I dont like the bad attitude of David thanks hope full it will be resolve ...I visit alot of time to solve our problem I spent alot but still I am suffering and they are not helping because of miss guide they have to help other nationality to arrange the proper document thanks alot ..

I had appointment today to stamp my wedding contract, the lady whos in the marriage department shes very working nicely but the cashier in the counslte shes working by eating and shes talking with very rude way..
My sister wanted to renew her passport but when you get an online appointment it says There are no times available in the current month. Please choose a different month. BUT, all the months until 2022 are the same. How can we renew our passport? I dont believe all the dates are full. Philippine General Consulate, please fix the problem on online appointment. Very disappointing and inconsiderate! I was there to notarize my documents, and I asked them if they could consider my case since I am pregnant and almost due for delivery but they did not accepted or considered my request. Yes! It is pandemic and itβs just right to control the number of people but my God! No appointment available on their website!!! Nobody answered my calls, the numbers posted outside was totally useless!!!! Super useless cause no one will answer the calls!!! Now, I have given birth and tried to book appointment to report the birth of my baby, but my God, forgive them!!! No appointments available again!!!! Ano na PCG Dubai? Pandemic pero dagdag kayo sa pasakit!!! Maawa naman kayo sa mga OFW!!!
I renewed my passport last March 11, 2021 and till now it is not available for release. 10 weeks of under processing. I tried to call their mobile number, emailed them, whatsapp & messenger and same answers i am getting. Follow up next week. their next week is already 2 months now.And also, i tried to call their emergency hotline for and no one answer.

My wife is scheduled to get her notarized document but they wouldnt allow her since she did not pay for an expedite service. Whether its expedite or not her official receipt is stamped with todays date. The office should have informed her in whatever means so that she wouldnt have to waste money, time and effort.

Walk in is not allowed and you need to book appointment for each transaction, otherwise you will not be entertained. Example is you have contract validation appointment, you cannot proceed on next step like OWWA membership unless you have appointment.
Shoutout to the cashier there in hall C, a very RUDE and unapproachable person as a kabayan. Not only the cashier but most of the Filipino staff there in the consulate, The security which is different nationality knows how to respect rather than your our country people. Why your working in Philippine consulate and if you canβt served well your fellow Filipinos. We Are all the same reason why weβre working abroad atleast learn to be respectful!!!

Super rude and unhelpful staff.I asked what the operating hours are for Ramadan over the phone along with a few other queries, and they just responded repeatedly with check the website and make an appointment in the rudest tone ever.I proceeded to try and book an appointment on the website to notarize my documents, and it says that there are no available dates for the entire 2021 which is quite unbelievable.
Surely worst than the rest of consulates.Security guards are unprofessional so as the management of consulate.Whole procedures and management needs revamp.

If only i knew it takes a long time to release from there i will not go there. Kindly do the needful. My new company needed my new passport..
Hello Sir/ Madam.I would like to say a big thanks to you and team who were guiding us through emails with prompt replies from your email ([email protected]) and thanks again for giving us an early appointment schedule (even though online schedule was not available untill next month and you understood our situation, as were in urgent need of passport requirement for our baby to travel home- I visited yesterday with my wife and baby for our newborn babys passport registration and the entire process went very smoothly, all the staff at Philippine consulate is very friendly and very quick in doing all the documentation works & We would like to say special thanks to all the staff in PhilippineΒ consulate for assisting us in registering our child passport and report of birth, after processing all the document/ signatures,, photo capture of baby , we were happy when officer said, we will receive our baby passport in a month and report of birth certificate in 6 days which will be delivered to our home address in Dubai. Only one suggestion to all the applicants to carry exact amount of cash to pay at the cash counter., which I didnt carry but cashier was so kind and gave change anyhow hehe.. thanks again to all of you.

Extremely difficult to access website is not secured, pages wont load properly, when you call the hotline it will only talk for minutes and you will not get any call assistance
They require more staff as the processes should be faster and without delays. There is no reason at all for slow down in the more simpler matters but yet no sense of urgency therefore the demand for more staff.
The Philippines consulate does not care about its own people leaving them in the heat and it is so hard to have any contact with any employee. The emergency numbers donβt work at all I donβt know why they have βemergencyβ numbers that donβt even work . Our poor maid is still waiting for her passport to be renewed which is taking 4 months . I have never seen something like this before . Even the embassy itself canβt help us and told us to wait until the passport is sent to our B.O Box and receive a call from the consulate itβs almost 5 months now and we havenβt received any call or anything .

There is not enough parking for consulate clients and for Taxi drivers, they have to face problems Police give unnecessary fines to Taxi drivers. Inside the consulate also not spacious. Service is not very good as they do not provide healthy online services.
I needed immediate assistance because i was travelling with the wrong visa. Once you understand how to get an appointment everything goes fast and efficient. Thanks PCG.

Passport releasing still need appointment
It was very straight forward I had an appointment, and was in and out within 45 minutes after completing the formalities. Staff are very present.
What a joke, wait 3 weeks for interview and travel 2 hrs in traffic to be rejected at door for not wearing long pants and closed shoes in 42 degrees temperature....Amateur operation as ususl.

Provided that you secured an appointment, everything all transactions are smooth sailing even during Covid-19. Im really glad the hardworking employees of the Philippines Consulate General are doing their best despite of the current Covid-19 situation.
You can only go inside if you have appointment. This is for the safety protocols.

Totaly customer service worst ever.
Philippine Consulate General (PCG) is opposite direction of Al qusias police station, if you want to go there just ride a metro train transit and drop by to deira city center, from there go to the nearest day to day Super market,opposirte of deira city center, take the no. 33 RTA bus going to Al qusais police station bus stop. It takes 20 to 25 mins ride because of multiple bus stop station. Stay on the right side of the road, It takes about 5 minutes walking distance from the bus stop going to PCG

The staffs are very rude. If you want to be a public servant you should know how to be one. Very very bad experience this morning at 11 am 02/09/2020. Why would you yell at someone just because she doesnt have a ballpen? Why would you yell at someone just because she forgot to fill up one information? These are what I witnessed. She even made me sit down for 20 mins just because i did not hand out other docs even when i told her that i had it. Replace the old ones, seems like theyβre tired already of their work.

I regret to say that the Philippine Consulate has no considerarion for their own nationals, leaving then outside the consulate gates under the heat of the scorching sun.These people come to seek their advice and help. Yes considering the pandemic, safety is a must, but leave a space for people to have some space/shelter from the sun.

Very poor service... today i have an appointment at 3:20pm but the guard didnβt allow me to enter cause i dont have the QR code with me but i have the print out of the screen shot of the appointment that i booked in your system. Unfortunately your system didnβt send me and QR code that the security is asking for while before when i had my renewal i did received it. The worst thing is im waiting outside cause the other guard take the print out that i have and check with the personel inside and also waiting for my colleague that was inside cause i booked for her the same appointment. I know that the QR code is important but why your system allow me to booked an appointment but not sending the QR CODE which is ironic for your staff to say that i didnβt complete my appointment. How can your system say thank you and successfully book. If you cannot honnor that reference id and screen shot print out, why you cannot consider such thing when your system had error and the bad thing the guard whoβs on duty not even allow me to sit inside the waiting area while he allow other nationality and he even let other in just showing them the receipt that they have. I travel from sharjah knowing i have a secure appointment cause i waited and give time to just come to my appointment not knowing that i will be devastated that i spent money for fares and now i end up spending 30aed again for the courier because i dont want to go through this again. In this time of pandemic you should be considerate at least for those who try to secure an appointment and show up in the said time and date. I follow the rules but your system had missed/ error sending QR code. I waited outside like beggars in sweat for 40mins waiting for them to consider but your people didnβt not allow the appointment that i have. I hope this will not happen to others. Please tell your guards if they let other nationalities wait inside waiting are with AC and let others go inside just showing the receipt please be equal to all, because i just keep quiet and waited patiently they didnβt consider my presence.
