I visited your IVS Centre on Oud Mehta Road on Jul 25, 2021 and met Ms. Neda Abbas, the officer in charge.She was very very understanding, her knowledge of the process was perfect, she made you feel very welcome and comfortable and without any hassles or difficulty my job was done.This is the first time I had such an overwhelming experience at any of the CGI offices, be it the Consulate, BLS or IVS itself.I am proud to state Ms. Neda Abbas is an asset for CGI and I wish her all success in her life. I am sure she will go a long way... friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and a thorough professional to the core.

I had to get some urgent property related attestations and was mentally prepared for some waiting time and inconvenience.Thankfully, my fears were proved wrong - my experience at IVS Global Attestations was completely the opposite.The entire process took only 20 mins and I have Ms. Neda Abbas (Manager, Operations) to thank. The passport issued from CGI-Dubai. needs to be improved in terms of the printing quality. The fonts used in the passport are of small size and is not clear and readable on the copies of the passport.

No one picks the phone. There is no direction. If one needs in emergency to contact... no alternative contacts. No contacts to senior management.

Hello all . i wish to thank Ms Neda Abbas, head of attestation services at the indian consulate in Dubai.she is helpful , courteous and extremely caring .it was so heart warming to see someone who not only did her job well but actually made sure some of my confusion was resolved well .and in particular the way she made herself available on phone to answer my questions was exemplary .thanks neda and thank you indian consulate . you have a gem there and a role model for us all who work in situations where people can otherwise be rude and unhelpful.

OCI Team needs a bit more training regarding the document requirements. Very much misguided during my process of my OCI application. Hope BLS will take over this OCI Section too so that we feel relaxed and find it easy to approach BLS than getting horrible service from CGI.

Staff is rude, arrogant and utterly full of themselves. Bureaucratic and useless, stuck in the 70s. They make up OCI requirements - if someone is applying on the basis of previous citizenship, marriage certificates are irrelevant. Thats what the official form says. And the attitude when speaking with people applying is just utterly appalling!You are representing your country - improve your attitude! If anyone from the CGI is reading this, please train your staff to treat people better.

Please teach manners to *ndian expat workers who come in this region, very pathetic manners showing to company owners just because they dont spend any money, they dont even know how to talk respectfully to their company owners and do all sorts of nonsense like emb*zzlements, alcoh*lics and run away with their passports thanks to your interference. Hi, How I can get the information that my family is in india. They have residents visa and they are struck in india. The 180 days or 6 months stay outside UAE is going to complete on 14/ 5/2021. Is theire any option this circular may change as my family visa is still valid another 6 month.

Im trying to call Indian embassy in Dubai since 1 week continuously in the working hours but nobody answering the phone, Im not in a position to travel all the way without having information about passport attestation process. i dont know if i have to take any appointment or not. Thats why i was calling the number 043971333. But no luck. Looks like i will have to go there and check. The problem is if it doesnt work then the time taken and expenses to travel will be wasted.

I was here for some work and the staff is very friendly and considerate. My work was done in 10 mins and I was out. They sent back prompt replies to emails as well. No one answer the phone call .Due to COVID situation people are looking for the solution .My friend is not well he need surgery (Appendicitis)so need to go back India soon. We are not getting any support from Indian Embassy.We have sent Email with all medical documents but no response. Then who is the responsible person who handle phone calls and Emails. Higher authority Educate the person to handle call and reply the email to help the citizen it’s your duty and responsibility.

Considering COVID and the amount of people looking for a solution/inquiries to solve travel, visa and passport issues you would expect a little more care with the customer service. People are trying to travel back to see their families. It is evident from other reviews that there is a lack of dedication that is being contributed towards helping customers out, I have been trying to call all day and although the phone rings - no one is there. Bad service to the migrant citizen; I’m citing this in the light of my experience that I came here today Saturday from much longer distance though this is hot summer for the booking of repartition flight, searching the opening hours on google but they misguided as the consulate is open on Saturdays from 8.00 am. Dear authorities please update your information; please don’t misguide us with false information. It’s very condemnable in this pandemic situation.

I have been trying to call since yesterday the line is busy...I actually received a call which said they r calling from the embassy asking if I wanted to travel to India. But it sounded like a fraud call because the cl came on Sunday which was the first day of the eid holiday and at 6:10pm in the evening, and hence I wanted to check with the consulate if the call was genuine. But the phone has been busy all day long yesterday and today even..

So much of disappointment, since our Prime minister is taking a lot of efforts to take back the citizens, but the supporting staffs in the embassy and consulate not responding to the calls even. I am trying to renew passport of our staff not getting opptimeant on line I am trying every midnight also and in day time also but no date there 26 million we indian in UAE, the BLS office they only give60 token a day to each Br of BLS then how will renew the passport, people stand inAl Khaleej Center BLS Br, for more then hr in hot they take live to renew passport but they return empty hand because no token, so what to do?????

I have been trying to contact embassy since 1 week. No one will answer the call. At least in the time of COVID 19 we seek your help. At least answer the call. Pathetic service.. Calling Helpline numbers is also waste of time. Some of them dont even speak English , Dont even have system to give proper information. They are just passing time and playing with emotions of stranded indians.

Very poor..what do we belive in govt can have x or y ways to support its citizen due to jobloss I had to opt for emergency certificate since my passport was exipred so did my visa..and few days back I got a new job offer .when I emailed indian counsulate they asked me to come to consulate with all the documents. And standing in a queue for an hour and waiting inside all I got was they cannot renew my passport because I took exit pass. In the covid situation they have no source to help their citizen. Everyone knows the difficulties of travelling quarantine etc. I feel sad that my Indian govt couldnt help me through this. Hope no one goes through this.

I wanted to renew my daughter’s passport which is expiring on Aug 2 nd. Her visa is active till December 2020. Because I am unmarried and she is adopted Bls people wanted approval from Indian consulate. I. Sent them email with all documents for approval . No answer to mail. At least 50 times in a day I call, nobody picks up. Bls people say , there is no other way you have to keep calling and wait for their reply. I think it’s not the way you treat someone. I have a passport and valid visa too . Why so much of delay.

I agree with all the people who have written reviews about their terrible experience with the consulate. Nobody ever answers calls and there is no way to get in touch with the consulate. This is really embarrassing, as my own people are of no help to me.Also, I went personally to meet them but they were closed today (4th july 2020, saturday) though the information was not updated online.They should outsource some of their services to other agencies so the workload on them is less! Disappointed my governments lack of efficiency!

I m stuck here from last 3 months still waiting for repatriation flights. Visited to consulate in Bur Dubai. No one listening to migrants here. At least you guys can give permission to other airlines to repatriate stranded citizens. We feel abandoned with no choice. Indian Govt. should think that migrants contribute billions of dollars to indian economy every year. More People are dying with stress and loneliness rather than covid 19. Please help us.

I am really upset that we are Indians but cannot enter our Indian consulate and good guy who is only speaking from cabinet speaker everyone is suffering from heavy summer, humidity, consulate team never bothered about indian, i dont understand at this worst situation our indian & state government should do something for Indians, I have no job from 3 months I cannot survive rent, food and other expenses. The consulate has been enjoying the public holidays declared in India, while working in Dubai and technically have worked only 2 days the whole of last week. Worst ever experience at the Passport Section. The lady was very rude. After waiting for 1 hr 15 mins, she comes back and says there is an issue, when I asked some doubts about the process, she said dont argue...Very bad attitude and not at all welcoming...The security guy also has a bad attitude as he orders things instead of information.Finally I had to talk to the head there to get a clarity. Never expected such a service at an Indian Cosulate abroad...!!!Definitely have to change the attitude and be more service oriented than taking things for granted....!!!

We are not happy at all for the reason ask marriage certificate in English translation for new born baby number six issue passport.they said this is new rule. where was this rule when i make for first and second and third till b baby no rule that time.we are holding Indian passport and we are not happy at all we are Indian.
