Doesnt help, Hotline number is not working, no respond in WhatsApp, the labour office should provide assistance to all OFW but you cannot talk to anyone of them to get information, ang result you waste your time going to the office tapos hindi ka din papasukin ng guard kung wala kang appointment, sayang yun time mo.

All i can say is Wow, very fast transaction. The staff who process my AKAP today was amazing. Thank you for the seamless and attention to details service. I should have taken photos of all the staff.

Very bad service. Been trying to call several times on the contacts provided on their website, but unfortunately nobody answers. How can you provide good service to people if ever queries to phone are not being answered. Please change lazy , they just want their salaries but not working.

RUDE STAFF

Fast and good service of our kabayan employees, was there to get OWWA membership.EXCEPT FILIPINO security, RUDE “hindi ako tanongan dito!” He said and walk away to me 😂Then i just went in not knowing its a right room i should be going to ask for OWWA membership. Luckily an other-nationality whos working there was so kind and give me a right direction and told me get a form.

To be honest, I was surprised on how fast and organized these guys were. Went for a contract verification and was done in under 30 minutes. Whomever is complaining, clearly did not have all their documents with them or should try to go to other consulates and see how it is. Awesome work!

[HOW TO GO THERE] If youre coming from Al Qusais Metro Station, ride the 13 Bus and get off by Al Qusais Qutami Al Suweidi bus stop. You can follow Google Maps for directions but the fastest way is to cross the sandy area and you will reach POLO.[SSS Experience] I registered for my SSS for the first time. They only asked me my Passport & copy of Passport. There is no registration fee. You will get the SS number within the day that will be sent thru your e-mail address. ✅ Easy & Fast Transaction.[OWWA Membership Experience] Prepare the requirements as stated from the website (There are different requirements per type of occupation you have). Prepare EXACT 92 AED for membership fee. The fee is valid for 2 years. ✅ Easy & Fast Transaction.[CONTRACT VERIFICATION] By the time you enter the building, there is a queue and that is where the staff check if you have the COMPLETE requirements before you are given a number token. Make sure you have 2 COPIES OF EACH REQUIREMENT. There is also a photocopy machine there but its self-service and 1 AED = 1 Photocopy, so better to double check if your required documents are complete. You will be given a number token and you will have to wait for the staff to call your number. Once youre called, they will check the documents and you will pay 40 AED. After you pay, you wait for the staff to call you to give your stamped contract copy with receipt. ✅ Average Transaction, took around 30 minutes.[NOTE]- I did not get the OEC because Im not planning to go home yet. You can search about that from POLO website or ask fellow Kabayans.- Prepare exact money because it will make it so much easier for them and you will get to finish fast.- I suggest coming here as early as possible because they are open until 3PM only.- Make sure you prepare your documents/requirements before you go here because it will be such a hassle for you.- SSS/OWWA are located in one room, just read the directions pasted on the wall.- Contact Verification is located in one room but you have to get your number token at the main lobby (by the time you enter)- I hope this helped. Just read first before asking. 😊

POOR SERVICE!We know that your office is busy but please be responsive. We tried to call the customer number that you gave many times, but no one is answering. We even message on 3 whatsapp numbers that you posted online for OEC concerns, same thing happened.

As reviewed by many previously, this office seriously needs to replace its officers with helpful, courteous and competent people only. Useless contact information posted, they will never answer you. Bad kind of Filipinos.
