Phone responsesafter reading all the negative reviews about the consulate not responding to any calls, I want to give my experience.I did try calling the phone number that I picked it up online, and I found it very easy to choose between the different options. The lovely lady who answered my phone call was constructive and responded to my question reliably. I will write another review when I visit the consulate in person.Thank you
Tried calling couple of times check the information if the KSA residence visa holder travels to UAE and then return to KSA will there be fines applicable or only will need to do quarantine, NO appropriate information given, My call was transferred twice and no response, hence could not find the information.
They dont answer phone calls and even email. Been calling several days for several times.
Unpredictable working hours and lack of parking. Visa service and attestation is only 10-11am, good luck.
For Visa Service - The office time is from 10:00 am to 11: 00 am.The officers are helpful.

Very racist towards specific nationalities. I told the representative at the reception that I need to check if my visa is processed or not because if its not, I still urgently need my passport. His response was to ask where Im from and only when I answered did he say sorry the visa department is closed, although I visited during their working hours. On the other hand, a UAE national said he needs to pick up passports for some government representatives and he let him in to the same department that was closed a minute ago. Terrible impression and such people should not be placed as the first contact when you walk into a consulate because it portrays a very bad image of how a country treats its guests, which isnt true in the case of Saudi but thats what this agent displayed.
Horrible experience! Went there for old visa cancellation, now they are open only from 9 to 10.30, I reached before 10.30 there is no proper arrangement token calling not available, you have to depend on the floor staff to tell you to go to the counter. Once reached at the counter, staff at the counter cancelled already expired visa, I left the counter trusting counter staff but while at the door just wanted to make sure and checked the visa to find that already expired visa is cancelled and valid visa remained valid. I turned and knocked the door, rang a bell but no one opened until somebody wanted to exit, things turned really horrible here, when I explained this to floor officer who opened the door but he wouldnt listen and told me to come back next working day, it was their mistake but they were not ready to listen and he shut the door while i was talking ( no manners whatsoever ) no respect.

When you have a voice mail advising to all Consulate is open from 9.00to 15.00 on weekdays, they should answer their phones. Very unprofessional attitude shown by not answering/accepting phone calls. and if by mistake if they receive they dont know English with out telling any thing she disconnect the line because she dont want to understand.please put some one who know English in fact in embassy also no one can speak its so strange they told call the customer care .....
