In April : online appointment 2 days , passport issuance 13 days after the appointment then new passport received .. big change ماشاء الله تبارك اللهIn July high school certificate attested within less than 15 minutesactually it was high score % 97.6 so I have found respectful help as it should happen in my country representative .The only point that we need direct professional feedback through SMS, WhatsApp or email instead of searching in Facebook .الله يبارك المجهود المحترم المبذول

They are not following covid-19 precautions properly I saw people there that are not wearing masks, and some people they put their masks down.And the main down point there is a rat in the waiting hall which is inside and many other people saw it which made the majority of people that were waiting in the room to leave in fear/disgust.Thats not the proper way to show/maintain a building that represents a country in another country.

Can someone write a review about the passport extension stamp or the new patch?

Bad services and takes long time processing, no any clue why they are too slow to renew the passport as example up to month!?? Specially when it comes to applying online appointments and you have to wait weeks to find out available slots of days up there.

I am trying to call the landline, i sent an email and sent message to chat, from 8:30 in the morning, until 12:00 in the afternoon, but no reply from my email, no reply from my chat and no one answering my call also, except to the tireless Machine Operator.... :( why?

Nothing is done on time.. Never ever!System is down or “System has changed” is their always story and excuse...Electronic passport renewal takes forever.. I had to go through the same process of getting a brand new Passport again. Estimated time to get the Passport renewed is between 3 weeks to an over a month.. They don’t call you once ready, you have to follow up to find out if the passport is collectible…The Website is useless.. No enough information presented that really helps other than locating the Consulate on the map…Payment has to be in cash (no use of electronic payment).. You need to stuff your wallet with money before you go and get surprised with their unpredictable prices…
