Bad service. Senior officers sitting at their chairs think that they are the king. They havent got enough manners to talk. They think that they are the only boss in this entire world. Those people wont allow our country to achieve any success

Few days back I juts went to collect one paper from consulate, and prayed to almighty that I will never have to come back again. Such a shame to see the amount of less educated people work so hard in here and get intimidated by the African security right at the entrance and humiliated by the officers working inside. One formatted letter that needs to be signed by an officer took me 1 hour 55 mins just because the officer was not even on his desk at 11.30 am. I was sent in and out back and fourth 3 times to collect a simple letter, which is very traditional way of working in Bangladesh but unbelievable in Dubai. Officers on the microphone were out loud and talking among them in an unprofessional manner which was overheard by all waiting people at any corner of the premises. Surprised to see lots of good comments, assumed they know someone working there for sure, which I don’t think is a pre requisite of taking any services there. I believe none of the service there is for free, so all people working there see meant to be more professional and positive and helping to the people who come for service,,,,once I exited from the consulate and start walking down right, I saw the consulate of the less developed country Eritrea 🇪🇷, Africa seems more peaceful and more organized, perhaps we should learn something from them. I went with a friend to pick his renewed passport.And unbelievably it took only 10 minutes.

It is getting better and improving. Waiting time for passport issuance has increased a lot due to Covid-19 situation.

Visited after 10 years. Was very happy to see the revolution that had taken place. All officers were very co-operative with proper information.

I am really proud of our BD consulate general office. I went for the reissuance of my childrens passport. Staffs were very cooperative. Mr. Rafiqul arranged separate sitting area for kids and offered gifts. Did not let kids waiting at all. Other staffs were very professional and positive.Im not saying they are the best among all other countries. But every time I go, I see improvement. specially the way the deal with the crowd every day is outstanding. Hats off to Bangladesh Consulate office, UAE.

Great people very supportive. They really genuinely care and do their best over and beyond. As Indian I had the best support from these people and experienced how they care about their people

Everything was smooth (Aug 2019)! Priority for ladies in queue.Please keep up the good service.Went there for MRP renewal in the morning. We had to prepare the application form from a typing office at the rear block. They were nice as well. Note the uploaded form in their website was not updated for Dubai office.Just hope there is 7 day delivery!!!

The worst experience Ive ever met in UAE, Most of the embassy staff showing their attitude instead of helping fellow Bangladeshi,And they dont know how to manage while its really busy moment, My humble request to the ambassador Please educated your employee, You people here to assist citizen of Bangladeshi and that what you paid for, I know there is nobody to listen my words but still hoping for the bes.

I visited Bangladesh Consulate to renew my passport.My expectation of the level of service that I would be receiving was not high at all, given my past experiences. Man was I surprised!!! the service level has improved dramatically. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. If this is a reflection of the initiatives taken by the government back home, then I am very glad. I reached there at 8:30AM and the whole process took barely 15 minutes to complete. I was suppose to get my passport back in 30 days and they did it in only 20 days. When I called to check the status of my passport, the call was always answered and the gentlemen on the other side of the phone was very courteous. Consulate staff, please keep up this excellent service. You guys made me proud to be a Bangladeshi!!!

I Do not know what to say about Bangladesh embassy.Disgustingly bad service ever ive seen in UAE.Since 10&11 December 2019 i had been calling in the official landline number for an information but no response.Im really wondered if somebody needs help of embassy then what would happened to that person.Bangladesh embassy in a example of how poor service can be.Shame on those unprofessional and arrogant and illiterate people.They must kick out from their professio..

Consulate General of Bangladesh in Al Wuheidah....offers visa service for foreigners, passport renewel and registartion for Bengladesh citizens. Friday and saturday off.

One of the worst embassy whereas no timing no sort of protocol..People working here literally defaming the reputation of Bangladesh, the embassy supposed to be opened today and many people are in queue expecting to receive their require service however as usual no one seems to care..Shame just shame ..

The consulate has improved a lot compared to few years back, things are much organised, but Still needs improvement, special thanks to Mr Asif in Reception,he was very helpful

I happened to visit today for collecting a passport but they were on official holiday celebrating mothers language.The staff were all well mannered and very politely told me to come on an official day.I happened to also speak to the consular general and he himself gave me a very polite and descent answer and told me to join the buffet they jst started.Although my job wasnt done bt yet i was pleased with their politeness and smiling attitude. Thank u and hope today brings in new pages tht erases bad experiences frm past

The place is disgusting, unclean, stinky and unhygienic. No proper seating areas, no air conditioning. 90% of the staff are rude and don’t know how to talk to others. I being a Bangladeshi passport holder who is born & raised in Dubai can hardly speak Bengali due to me talking to my parents in Arabic & English, So basically I tried to speak in Bengali with one of the staff but couldn’t speak and neither understand properly so I started speaking in English but the staff didn’t want to speak in English because he was poor at it so he started shouting at me infront of everyone in Bengali and all I could understand was that he was calling names and asked me to be ashamed of myself because I couldn’t speak my mother tongue and also refused to help me with my passport renewal.

Poor service, absolutely poor service.Is this place can be embassy of any country, I dont believe so. All day long I have to wait just to submit the papers and to get a stamp, forget the rest summit. If you talk about some casual facility even not there, just they kept some benches out there just like open field seminar, no shelter even there to protect the peoples there from sun hit,,,, sun already burning peoples outside when they on queues and this kind of slow service Ive never seen in my life, theres no control of this place from management for sure,regardless services from our consulate office, Dubai, thats why people talked badly about this embassy and I had experienced it today, the worst experience, worst ever, we should see what generation we are living with 2017 over, service enhanced everywhere except this place when can we expect for some bright concepts?I really like to attract attention from this department of government, should look after this place, since ages publics complaining regarding it. building not in good condition to take some pictures even and post to ur site, as well the circumstances ,,,OMG,,,no word to explain, Im so upsetKindly do the needfull please,My heartfelt requestPlease please please

I applied Visa from CGB, Visa proceesing staff Mr Asif is really nice and friendly.If our Supporting Documents complies their requirement, we can finish this process within 5 minutesThanks CGB team especially Mr Asif who processed my applicaton and handover the visa on promised day.
