Visa Section open from 09 to 11.Visa officer is coming sometime 09 sometimes 10 so you have to be there and wait for gentlemen.Business and work visas are only open as of today.Tourists visas are still closed.Rude behavior, he is giving preference to someone who is speaking Arabic.Visa application from is available with me, drop me a message to get a copy.If you are interested pls keep your nerves in control.Wish you luck.

The visa office is scheduled to open at 9am and people were waiting until 10am when the team finally decided to show up. I had read several negative reviews and I was hoping that it wasn’t as bad as people were describing but it was worse.

The worst of the worst if there is less then a star I would have rate it. Its been more than 10 days that Im trying to renew my moroccan ID. And everytime I go to the consulate they tell me that the person responsible is sick. Now they send me till 2nd of May. How ridiculous😡. Without ID u can not renew you passport so how come for such an important document they have only one person in charge. And with that person being sick everything stops. And of course saying that nobody guarantee that by 2nd of May this employee will be back. And of course when I mentioned that they never answer the phone the person at the reception answered in a very rude way we dont have a number u can call the call center which is in Morocco by the way. And they never answer either.I dont know what is the role of the moroccan Consulate in Dubai. Arent they here to assist moroccan citizens living abroad???

Needs more improvement, slow service, easy and automated tasks are complicated and lengthy, enquiries or questions require visits to the Consulate.Beside all the above, when the inside is full, people have to take queue under the hot burning sun of dubai.I hope authorities would improve on the service and the comfort of their compatriots and guests as the staff are as friendly and helpful as the conditions allows to be and there is huge potential for improvement

Need more improvement , we feel like we deal with m9eddem du quartier au Maroc.Some staff look like rebots, no smile even no eye contact.2 guys one from passport and other from national ID service were amazing unfortunately cant remember their names.

This is very disappointing to call every day more than 10 times and the staff pick up the call without saying a word and we keep saying hello several times without a reply!! There was a guy today at 13:00 who picked up the call but when I told him about my inquiry he dropped the call immediately without answering me!! This goes against his majestys orders and instructions on how administrations should treat citizens!

1) The time mentioned in the sit totally wrong .2) One Indian security very polite he explained more professional then Moroccan workers .3) they need to be organized because there is no token if you arrived at 7 maybe you will be end up till 12 pm .4) the requirements in site not similar to what is required in the villa o call it villa because there is no sing of consulate .5) the phone no body attend your call or email.The above comment for improvement and nothing else .we love our country and we continue to support the good progress .

Good service, although no ticketing system. Better to arrive before 11 am for visit visa submission. I took company salary letter, 3 month bank statements (just in case they require, not a requirement), hotel booking,passport & visa copy, application (application form can be filled at embassy as its one page) & pic. There is no actual queue, see the people who were before you & who came after you and go to the official accordingly as one has to make ones own turn with the visa official, kind of old school. Upon submission of documents on safe side come after two and a half or 3 weeks. I have a Pakistani passport so my visa came after 2 weeks. Cannot check visa status on phone. For Pakistani passport please apply well in advance. Visa fees to be paid at time of collecting passport. First check if your approval has come and then collect passport the next day. So total of 3 visits to Embassy. Morocco is a beautiful country which everyone should visit, Tangier, Fes, Marrakech are all beautiful cities.

The service is good and smoth ... staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are some areas that need to be improved.... when you visit the consulate its like walking into small municipality bureau in Morocco;desks are old, no Xerox copy machine, the computers are old ( i feel pity for the staff working on them) , WC is horrible without lock.

I renewed my passport and my Moroccan identity card here at this consulate, the process was quick and did not take more than 15 minutes. Note: come always in the early morning at 9 or 10 in the morning and you will always find the consulate empty and there is no waiting

In Reasonable time you can get your visa, just apply before a month and in advance. They can understand if you are out of time! Helpful and kind all staff! Be polite and nice 👍🏼And InshaAllah you will get what you need...

Better to just shut this consulate down. Reached here sharp at 9 am to apply for a visit visa. The security guard directed me to a room with a desk and waiting area. Had four other people waiting in that room apart from me and somehow all of them looked upset. Started asking them what has brought them here and each one of them had their own horror story to tell. One of them had applied for a visa since three months and this was his fifth visit to the embassy to check if its ready. Another one had applied the visa since three weeks and it was his third visit to the embassy. Nobody came to the desk till 9:30 am so just left without applying for the visa. Super strange!

Oh My god.! I try to call them 5 times a day and nothing happens. guys, If you need to practice how to get rid off the anxiety and angry just deal with morocoon consulate. Believe me , its a lot of fun.!

Wife waited 3 weeks to process visa to return and find her papers lying on the floor. Nothing had been processed. She was told to return again inshaAllah in 3 days. Against all Data Security good practice to see your full personal data lying on the floor. Do Moroccans not want people to visit their country? Please move to e-visas and into the 21st Century./// UPDATE ///Returning after 3 days my wife was told that she NOW had to get an Authorisation Letter from myself that I was going to support her Financially in Morocco. Its Logic said the staff member. Logic?Useless bureaucracy more like.Disgusted - she has her own Credit Card and Bank Account and has been to 40 different countries - she walked out vowing never to visit Morocco. Never again will we waste our time with these people.A Consulate represents the Country!!Any Moroccans who can read this should be in shame for the state of their Consulate. Your country will forever be regarded as 3rd World unless you move into the 21st Century and introduce E-Visas

Probably the least customer friendly Consulate in Dubai. The staff are Unprofessional and hardly give a complete response. Visited more than 10times to followup for my visa and never got a good response. Also called them over phone more than 20 times in the past few months and no one attends the call. Definitely not good ambassadors of their country.

For buisness visit visa, I think better apply 3 weeks minimum befor travel date to be in the safe side. They will not take your passport after submitting your visa application. They collect passport same day or one day befor visa issuance. Always check with staff. Staff are nice. Parking might get bit tricky mind.

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Visa collection is from 9-11. I arrive at 10:30 and gentleman behind the counter is not at his desk. He comes back 11:15 and sends me back saying visa collection is from 9-11 and I need come back tomorrow. I go again the following day (Thursday) and security guard tells me visa collection is from Sunday-Wednesday. :| . All this only for visa for document collection.

95 days ago i applied for a visit visa & still waiting .when you call them no one answer unless if you are lucky.My advice to all new applicants , try to obtain an invitiation from Morocco and use it along with the documents required.Apply before 3 months minimum , i will share it with you if i receive it hopefully 🤞🤞**********After 104 days , finally i got my visit visa, i wasnt suprised because plenty of applicants had the same happy face while collecting passport 😊😊😊I wish all the best for the future applicants , remember , patience , patience , paitence .Cheers ✋
