Fast and efficient

I went today in Yemen Embassy (Muscat St - Umm Hurair 1 - Dubai), it is still 1:30PM and they should still cater customers for attestation but the guard and one of the employee there won’t accept anymore customers. When I went there, I called first their phone to ask if until what time, and they told me until 2PM they are still working. But why they declined our needs? I explained to them that it is still 1:30 PM and they should cater customers, the guard told me “COME BACK SUNDAY, WE ARE CLOSE, THANK YOU, BYE!”, And then close his window! Then one of the employee inside shouted “CLOSE, CLOSE GATE!”. They are unprofessional.
