I visited consulate today for renewal of passports of my kids. Really my heart blossomed by their treating way to families specially. Although single gents were also treated in a very good manner. Almost all staff was very helpful and respecting. All the procedure was done in almost no time. But office opened at 7 am and work started at 7 30am. And the man to attest documents came at 8am. Then he started his work in almost 5 minutes. But overall good experience. Good work

Have to say the service is a but improved then it used to be keep it up guys but kindly open new branch in sharjah or ajman so it will be easier for rasal khaima and umm al quwain passengers and just visited today again and i was a bit satisfied with the service the it was too corwded anyhow hope they will improve the service more and more

Recently, I had to visit the Consulate General of Pakistan for the purpose of genuinity letter from a University back home.I must say that the whole process was dealt in highly professional manner. The services have improved a lot . I recently got my CNIC and passport and my wifes passport renewed. Today i went to renew my daughters passports and a new CNIC for my new born baby. It just happened in minutes. Wonderful service. Previously the services and crowd management was that good.

Finally got my passport within 10 days. Alhumdulillah. Great staff and quick response when you call them on landline.Mostly there is traffic in parking lot and once you get parking use 341B code and sms to 7275 for parking as you don’t have to stand in heat for long to get your parking ticket

I had gone to reprint my NICOP keeping in mind it is going to take whole day but within half an hour it was done, service has become so quick and on point.

I was truly impressed by the service that I received at the Pakistani Consulate today for my passport renewal service.I got my coupon number G-362 at 08:02 AM and after starting from counter #1 where I promptly paid for the passport renewal fee of 125/- Dirhams for a 10 year passport (ordinary).After that there was a short wait of around 10 minutes as there were people ahead of me in the Queue, my turn came for the photograph which was taken efficiently by the gentleman at counter #2, right after that counter #3 for finger printing and during that I was told that I would need another copy of my National ID, which I got done for 1/- Dirham from a corner that has been placed at the corner for the convenience of all citizens.After getting the required photo copy of my ID it was my turn to go to counter 4 for signing of the passport Forms and after that all documents were submitted at the last counter.It was all very smooth and the staff was very polite and courteous. I was out at 08:39 AM after applying for the renewal of my passport.I must say I was very impressed by the single room operation which makes it so easy and straight forward for all of us. Mr. Kamal Aurakzai was very warm and he is Indeed leading his team very well by setting the right standards and how every citizen of Pakistan must be treated when they come to their own consulate.I would also like to mention that I made a call before the day I went and the phone was also promptly answered by a lady who answered all my questions patiently.Just before you go for a renewal of passport, make sure to take the following :- Original Passport- Pakistani Identity card- Copy of Passport - Biometric page and the 2nd page with your signature and UAE residency visa page.- 2 photocopies of your Pakistani ID card (I had one, so got the other one from the consulate facility for which you have a pay 1 Dirham. Keep extra change handy for your own convenience incase if you need to get photocopies done.

Today experience was fabulous officer came to us just to know were we in exact service queue.

Been there twice for my son and husbands passport.It took one hour first time and half n hour qsecond time and service was very quick.Air conditioning was perfect.

They really need to think about the number of Pakistanis living in UAE.. It might be a good place back in 90s but now its cramped. The waiting area is so small that its usually more than full. The AC is barely working and its a disaster inside.Waiting time around 11am in the morning is around 1 hour in that packed space.Brace yourself for a delightful experience of Pakistan in Dubai. 🙌

Vey Bad I am nonstop calling from 7 am to onwards .. so many calls but phon is ringing but they just enjoy roaming roaming here.. Infornt of 043973600.. She is sitting in front of phon but not receiving call.. Yesterday she recvd afternoon and she dont have proper information and keep dropping calls that she have another calls so fuuny. With out giving u information .. Wallah I dont know why they appointed..complain to cm portal that some check to call dubai consulate what they are doing with Us

They have really improved from my last visit. I think they got instructions from Pakistan to be more discipline.So far my experience with the staff was really good, they were really cooperative.

Its overcrowded at morning time specially untill 11 oclock. Consulate open at 7 am and all staff will come and start their work at 8 oclock. From 7 AM they are giving tokens. Overall our experience is good. There is RTA paid parking near the consulate for all types of vehicles.

To slow to work, sitting arrangements are totally pathetic. No covid social distance rules following. Building is too old even the lights r brokenNo central AC . Even i can write about the bad experience for hour and hour.I hope things will get better .....

Hassle free. No queue outside the consulate. Within 1 hour i got out. Coprative staff and it seems well managed now. Once youre on the counter within 2 3 minutes your process is done.Thank you guys and well khan sahib

I was there for documents attestestation. All process was very simple and fast. All staff members were very active and efficient. Please when u go there must carry complete documents. One set original 2nd set copies. All photos must b with white back ground.

Today i went there for my passport renew me and my sis, i was shocked the entire system was change all staff very polite even they helping people more then they have to do in job, from token to get out it took total 40 min to renew my passport ( i calculate with my RTA parking ticket) 5 star for all Staff of pakistani embassy, and one suggestion to people who go there you must take your all docs with you also extra photo copies. Latest procedure 29-07-2021- documents to bring original passport original CNIC , 1 copy if passport, 1 copy of visa , 1 copy of CNIC and the person who’s passport needs to be renewed must be present.- Get a token from security guard at the entrance- go to left and enter the passport office- wait for your token number- 125 AED fee for 10 years normal renewal better to keep a change and exact amount didn’t saw a card machine but the ATM is inside the building as well.- Next is office number 4 for gents they’ll take the picture of you for passport so don’t need to bring passport size picture.- just wait for further process of documents gathering and That’s it. They’ll give you a date to come and collect the passport from the office.

Visited today 16th May, 2021. Great experience. This have significantly changed in the positive direction. The staff was courteous. Everything was quick, fast and organized. Great work. Jazakallah.Suggestions:1. The guard has a stressful duty, explaining each and every individual the needs and returning them in case documents are not complete. Some sort of uniform/authoritative position will help convince people better and quicker, without unnecessary arguments. This will also help you with the influx of people visiting unnecessary accompanying their friends.2. Reduce the steps further and opt for one window operation. There were a few redundant steps, slowing down the whole process.

June 2021 i been there again really i am surprised how they have changed their attitude and service cleanliness they are so much supportive now SUPERB thank you Imran KhanLat time I BEEN THERE IN 2015 and it was a fish market even worst than fish market the peoples had been sitting on the floor the passage was so much dirty and smelly. Excellent change in the environment and behaviour of the staff. Extremely surprised to see this. Last time we went in sept 2018 and it was WORST ever. Thinking of going there was scary but now its so AMAZING unbelievable.Highly co-operative staff.Extremely helpful counters for information.Quickest service possible.But few things i will mention is the time listed here is 7am but they start working at 8am. Going before 8 means u have to wait. They open at 7 but staff comes at around 7.30ish...Either change timings here or mention the working and opening timings separately.Secondly update the website please according to the new requirements and Fees. For newborns no need for attestation of birth certificate now and No need for pictures for passport as well. Also passport fees are reduced.3rd the lady who attends the phone when called gets annoyed quickly on asking questions, plz tell her that its the only source of information, so bear with us, evn we get annoyed when we dont get enough information and on reaching there we dont have all the documents.Overall 5 stars for the great work they r doing!!

Renew passport submit urgently on15th arrives till 21st take your necessarily copies and within 15,20 minutes complete.

Today I went to Pakistan consulate and first I was surprise to see they are good organised and doing there job properly not take much time its v good improvement but one thing borther me is that there is no specific place for ladies to sit or not a saprate line for ladies because I face problam for they should specify the ladies counter and ladies seats for waiting area they needed to work on it.

Went for passport renewal on a Sunday around mid day. Place wasnt crowded at all and i was in and out in 30 minutes. Staff was super quick and effective in processing applications. Just take a photocopy of your passport, visa and cnic/Nicop.

I just visited there about my complaint against 2 pakistani gambler dishonest people .. Mr. Counselor heard my issue and he referred to complaint department.mr. meraaj called these two dishonest people and they admitted about my money ... will see on next Sunday.. but I think after khan sab instructions they are very promising and kind full now .

I have seen a bit of improvement on todays visit. The staff was talking so friendly, service was quite quick as well. Just have to verify the certificate. Would suggest them to put on the requirements on their website otherwise u have to run here and there for photocopies etc. One thing I like is visit always remind of great pakistan ..same old registers , paper work on its best and our pakistani peoples arguing with the staff.

Consulate was super fast for degree attestation.Id card processing for my new born was also very quick.Had to wait additional 2 hrs as the token provided at entrance is not valid and need to take another from counter 26.Can be made better by providing proper guidelines.

Experience was very bad learn to other countries how to improve and how to manage system only one cashier which hold complete embassy and second thing is we respect ladies childrens and families but its not means they do wrong in our embassy have a separate line for families but what they r doing if people r waiting and family come they serve first family and u r waiting what ravish is this

The service is very good and fast now, whole process of passport renewal took only 60 to 70 minutes.They just need to manage the last counter (where you submit all the documents).Apart from that everything is well, managed and quick.
