Accepted an online payment for short stay visa, took the passport for 26 days only to come up saying sorry we do not issue short stay Visas due to Covid-19 !! if thats the case then please do not accept a payment ! and the standard reply could have been done in 1 day so I plan accordingly !

Welcoming security guards. Staff inside are just doing their job, nothing more or less. Id suggest the consulate to evaluate their working hours open to public since now those are a total of 12h for the whole week.. That is really not much...and if you are working full time youre really not given the chance to come either in a lunch break or before work.

Every staff was genuinely down to earth smiley and welcoming. I had a lil problem with one of the rooms I booked and in reception Samuel solved it immediately and gave me another room many thanks to him who made my stay free of any issues.

Went there directly and was accommodated by the security guard, gave me information on where to go and apply for a shengen visa. This was last October 2016.
