Bad service and hard to get help, each staff member will tell you a different procedure or different version when you are trying to follow up on your document.Some of the staff are rude and dont have manners at all while talking.Bad experience and zero customer service.
Very bad service. Me being Uzbek I didn’t get any help from my own embassy. In fact I was ignored and treated with no respect.
I called to check travel requirements during covid-19. i was told to contact the airline. the consultant dint have willing to listen when i tried to explain rules & regulations are set by country not by airline
When I called someone rude and unhelpful answered the phone but when I went in-person the people there were very nice. I got a letter of invitation in advance and the consulate was then able to issue my tourist visa in under a half hour. Bring cash in AED.As of February 2018, their consular services (visas and such) are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, from 9am-1pm. Google Maps had listed the hours for the embassy in Abu Dhabi.
Very unpolite people working there when I Called he talked with me like Im calling to his home number! Its embassy and the people should be nice and help to solve their problem Uzbekistan nationality people!

Very unorganized and documents processing is based on the staff without clear process also the pricing. Moreover they are very rude and shouts with their citizens poor people.

This info is obsolete.Uzbekistan consulate moved. New address - Bur Dubai, General Consulates district/area, opposite Lebanon Consulate and near Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dubai.Working hours 9am-12pm on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays.
The people at the consulate are helpful. The consulate takes good care of their citizens.
