Theres rush of people normally so plan accordingly with considering more time to spend there to wait for your turn. Cash counter is accepting cash as well as credit and debit cards. Also there is paid typing and printing facility. Normally they charge in US Dollars. Consulate staff is very enthusiastic and young Educated people are there to serve and to represent Afghanistan!Love long Afghanistan 💓10/10

The staff is really supportive. I needed help and got utmost support from the call center. They respond professionally and understand your situation very well. They know several languages and speak in the one you’re comfortable with. Definitely would recommend anyone to not hesitate contacting them as they would support you in any situation.

I had a bad and good experience here, some staff are rude and useless while some are polite but a lot more has to be done. Please be careful with the names, the consulate usually makes mistakes with the names.

I went there for my passport modification. I applied for an Afghan visa here in July 2017. While the application process is a bit complex (much back-and-forth between windows), the staff know what theyre doing, they spoke sufficient English, and correctly directed me at each step in the process. The only extra hassle was that I expected to pay for the visa in US dollars but they instead requested UAE dirhams, which meant I had to leave and find an ATM.

Professional staff.Currently the steps to obtaining a visa are:1. Collect a number from front door Reception for Visa Counter 4.2. Go to Visa Counter 4 (past the cashier, outside and entry through door on your left), wait for your number to be called and present documents to the visa officer.3. Once documents have been verified/accepted, take passport to the EMPost counter in the first building and pay for an EMPost traceable delivery service. The EMPost rep will place a sticker on Your passport indicating where you want it delivered. If youre staying in a hotel, youll generally need to collect your passport from the Central EMPost office directly. Remember to keep your EMPost receipt with tracking number.4. Collect another number from the front door reception for the Cashier, which is at the opposite end of the same hallway.5. Pay visa fee at Cashier.6. Return passport and evidence of visa payment to Visa Counter 4.Finished. Total process should take less than an hour, if the consulate is not too busy.
