Bank is well maintained but less staff and slow processing which irritates you to the next level. You don’t have anything to do just to wait. Even taking a bank statement is a very slow and irritating.

Aaaah once upon a time this bank had the best network in town. No longer. I was told by the bank security staff that if I have to deposit a cheque I have to visit a branch. The future is ease of banking and surprisingly is not the case here

I visited burjman branch after couple of bad experience in Muraqabaat branch which I will never visit again. Customer service officer Moiz Rahman helped me updating the details and explained me things clearly and was very helpful. Thank you!

Worst bank in UAE!! I am 29 weeks pregnant and need to deposit in the machine. I asked them for a change in 100 dirhams, because I need to deposit 1340, but they told me that it’s not allowed to ask for a change. I even asked them to at least be considerate to me because I’m pregnant and it’s very hot outside and even walked going to this bank. But no, they insisted that they cannot! Where is humanity in this bank?! They will not treat you as a person. Worst bank ever!!!

Worst banking in uae, they dont give proper information to their sales team for credit cards which leads to rejection which reduces points in central bank (no matter how many times we apply), If your sales team are calling people again and again to apply card then give them proper information, They doesnt know how to deal with their clients and help them accordingly specifically their Managers. They dont have a proper team assigned to resolve their client complain. They dont even deserve one star rating. They dont even take responsibility that because of them, their irresponsibility, lack of knowledge banking points are effected in system

If no star was available, I would have selected that!Security guys giving out number tokens have poor mannerisms, the service staff attending to me is impolite and impatient.Management should investigate reviewed thoroughly and look into a serious overhaul!

Crowded with very less seating.Staff not interested. Poor AC. Mashreq now has only 4 branches as they are going digital. At the same time they want be to come to the branch to sign a form which I could easily have dine and uploaded from home.Near exit 4 of bujuman metro station. Free parking in burjuman for 2 hrs after 10 am

Your security guard here is utterly mannerless and treating all customers as cattle by shouting. Even your connect to a teller machine is really chappy and doesnt work. Why cant I get cash payment from a teller - I can see them sitting without any work. This is really poor service on a weekday no less. Ive been a customer since 5 years and your standards are slipping

Dishonest and arrogant management and customer services staff, be very careful providing this bank with any of your money, commitments made and then broken and when a complaint is raised rather than redress they simply closed the account. Should have been skeptical dealing with a gimmicky organization that does cheap marketing like mashreq millionare.

Had a very bad experience visiting the Burjuman Mashreq Bank branch on 16/12/2020, with my son. Pathetic services, with no corporate ethics and professional attitudes. I went there to pay the tuition fee of my son, studying abroad. I waited for more than an hour but could not do it, because the printer they had provided for printing the required paper had less ink and could not print the document properly. I requested the staff several times but no one was responding to my repeated requests, rather everyone was avoiding me for not doing the job. I even requested for an alternate email add inside the bank where i could email the document, and get it printed on another printer, but all in vain. Got very frustrated and regretful about the treatment meted out to me, and was wondering howcome in Dubai we have such a bank branch, where every department has to maintain a specific standard.....!!!I am a loyal customer of Mashreq bank since 2016, but the customer service i saw at this branch was extremely below standard, unprofessional and regrettable. The officials were rude, un-friendly and without any clue to solve customers problems. The bank hall was giving the look of a fish market, where customers were running after the customer service staff.I dont know whether these reviews are read by any responsible official, and efforts are being made to solve them ? but i am sure that the above evaluation by the general public visiting this branch is absolutely correct and speaks truth about their frustration while visiting this branch.Here i have to mention and appreciate the only staff, who acted professionally and tried her best to help me, but unfortunately she too felt sorry and regretful, when my problem was not solved...! If i am not wrong her name is Ms. Afrah (the Teller Lady). 5 stars for her but unfortunately ONE STAR for the bank staff and the management.I have decided to change my bank and would urge all my acquaintances to do the same...!

Poor customer service. The tellers have to be trained on how to face customers and not pour out their frustration. From banging papers on the table to asking customers to GO. Giving one star since , unfortunately, negative star is not available.

As usual in Dubai, they’ll not solve anything. They’ll tell you all services are available online or via phone. So literally there’s no point at all for the branch. Once you call the phone banking they’ll tell you to visit a branch, and so it goes...

There are no tokens or screens or counters so its hard to know how many people are ahead of you. You have to stand around and wait for your name to be called and theres no place to sit while waiting to be served.

Hopeless customer service.I went there to deposit a StanC cheque and the branch not only refused to accept the cheque but also didnt tell me an alternative branch where I can deposit the cheque.Moreover, on asking the question to the online customer helpline, even they didnt knew about it.I would not advice anyone to go to this branch if you have a non mashreq cheque
