Branch silicon oasis.. the teller on the second window from the entrance Worst experience,yesterday I went to the bank around 2 in the afternoon the lady who was in the teller was so rude she was shouting at me very arrogantly I think because am african,I had a problem with my card so I wanted to withdraw some cash in order to pay for my school fees immediately she told me go to the ATM..later she gave me a number for customer service and asked the next customer to come i was so humiliated when I call its only a robot speaking..no one helped me and today my card is inside the machine coz I tried the pin more times than I should..worst experience..please inform that lady to be nice to customers we also do customer service.

The horrible service ever. Staff never helps for inquiries, they try to avoid any work. Very lazy, useless and keep ignoring. I went there 3 times, Every time I never get a proper answer for my question about my account, card, transfer money and online banking.

Worst of the worst bank.if there will be an award for most horrible services, cent % ENBD will win it by far margin.Applied for account opening, every day rigorous follow up, i have been keep told that it is under process.And after 10 days, I am being told that you have to wait as the STAFF IS ON LEAVE.are you serious!!! You gotta be kidding with me.What a professional statement.....So,thats how they treat their customers.

Beware! They called me to offer a topup on my existing loan at 4.75%, did all the paperwork and signed off in the bank. I committed to a large purchase, NBD then went back on their signed offer and changed to 5.75% and not interested in honoring their signed off offer. Later I paid the loan early and they charged me 2,500 AED to close the loan. Dont bother complaining they wont reply.

The service there is so poor. My experience with Emirates NBD services is overall very poor, but this brach is something even worst. Especially a guy on customer service counter number 1. He is so unprofessional and rude.

Worest experience ever with a bank. Ladies on the cashier are extremely rude, very slow and when i requested to withdraw cash, she was insisting to have my check book, although i regularly withdraw cash from other branches and was never asked to have my check book in hand. Really it was so bad. Even the security guy came to ask me in a strange way, why are you still sitting??? Definitely if they could have finished me quickly, i wouldnt have stayed that much, not the good welcome to keep staying in such place.

The worst manager ever they dont respect your time at all they made me to bring my passport even though i have emirats id . i have problem with cashing out the money they still asked for passport and id ogether to prove that signature is correct they are just playing around. Its a shame for uae

They are playing with me! My liability letter was supposed to be ready for collection and someone decided to cancel it on my name. Something I am paying for and they decide to cancel and make me wait another 2 weeks, which means more money for statements, letter from the company, etc etc...Horrible customer service.
