Some of the staffs are really good to approach and guide us to rectify the issues.How ever its the PSU bank of india so some of the ego staffs are still working in the place.Very simple to open the NRE account. But they are asking each and every proof in original form.Within 20working days they are delivered the new account.Compare to other bank, the service is little less in BOB.Hope and will pray for who are working still like they own the bank will recover soon.

Good customer service provided by Staff and support staff.Due to COVID-19 the working hours are up to 13:00 only.So kindly plan your trip accordingly.

The branch is closed, only ATM is operational... I think... But the website says it is open Saturday to Thursday ... What a waste of time. No consideration for customers. And they work only from 8am to 2pm, so you need to skip work to go to the bank. Deserve a minus actually...

It is not a bank. It is a customer service center. No Cheque deposit or ATM facilities, and cheque needs to be deposited in Deira Only.

Limited teller services,no cash deposit,for cheque deposit it take one day to get clear
