I been to the branch twice. I was very well informed of the process and was well taken care by Amel.I went in the morning to open my Account with ADIB and by afternoon I got message that your account is already open.Thank you Amel and keep doing great.Best customer service ever.
Worst customer service and bank in the UAE.
I truly don’t understand how this bank is functioning. I ask the branch manager if my request can be processed and he informs me that they can do it. Then I wait for 30min for my turn and they tell me I need to go to Emaar Business square branch. So I head there and it turned out that branch is closed permanently and they advise to go to Dubai Mall branch. Still patient I enter the dubai mall branch and they make me wait to tell me later on that they can’t and I have to go to Emaar Business Park branch. Guess what? It was closed already and working hours finished.How does a bank function this way? How do they treat their customers and start taking their requests seriously? I took a day off to finish this errand and they dont have a clue about customer service. Good luck with your endeavors. No wonder why there is a major consolidation going on within this industry. Customer service not to be taken lightly if you want to survive in this environment. As far as I’m concerned I know now that I don’t want to deal with this bank anymore. If there was a rating lower than one I would have rated you lower...
Sloth speed & useless. Only the lady on counter 2 is accepting customers and doing her job. The lady on counter 3 is practically useless - she’s been sipping tea and chilling on her phone for the past hour. Worst customer service and bank in the UAE.
