Never take car loans from this bank, highest interest rates, and in case you want to settle the loan amount in one payment they don’t want to remove interest on remaining installments. A nightmare
Pathetic Services. Biggest mistake was opening a business account with them.1. Their phone banking services is unusable, since they have replaced humans with a virtual assistant (VA). The VA is so inefficient and does not get you anywhere. Often you will complete a request from the VA, expecting to be taken to the next stage on the menu, when you will hear Thank you for banking with us and the call will be cut. I have not yet had a single matter resolved through their phone banking service despite over 20 attempts at different times for different queries/ services. Not even a thing as simple as card activation got done.2. I applied for online banking and they said it would be activated within 3 working days. It has been more than 2 weeks and still no online banking services. Their CSRs are also unhelpful in this regards, since it is not their department AND they can only follow-up.3. I cannot even activate OR use my debit card because the online banking is still not activated and their phone banking sucks.4. I dont want to have to go to the bank for every little issue5. Even when I go to the branch their customer service is barely passable at best. Their staff are always overwhelmed, and although not openly rude, they are highly impatient and just want to get done with you as soon as possible.6. Wait times are ridiculous at the branchAltogether an awful experience, sadly
Worst Service Ever. The employees dont even want to work, the application and the virtual assistant are the worst, nobody answers your calls, if you visit the branch they are rude and lazy workers. I am closing my account as soon as the pandemic is over, I think you should learn from ADIB.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Very slow, wait time is never less than one hour. Employees are rude and unfriendly. They don’t really want to help you. If you’d like an Islamic bank go next door to Abu Dhabi Islamic bank. 20 minutes into their working hours and they have still not served anyone yet. Most employees have not yet arrived, including the branch manager. Ridiculous delay, as if their clients have nothing else to do.

After waiting more than one hour the customer service representative told us we have to take another ticket if we want to make more than one transaction. Which we have already mentioned earlier and no one told us we need to take more than one ticket, he was very rude and disrespectful.
I no longer deal with this bank! Fortunately!
I had visited this branch twice, the experience like a nightmare, lack of knowledge and answer call the customer service which make me feel i entered a wrong place on other hand the attitude of staff -starting from the security who gives token- awfulI think its a quite branch but it ends up with bad mood rest of day

My experience with all Dubai Islamic Bank branches is a type of corruption, abuse, playing with the sums in my account under the pretext of (the bank system) and stealing money from my account without any reason mentioned under the pretext of giving it to charitable societies or a bank system. When they are unable to give a correct reason. All employees deal with clients as if they were a gang in a dark cave, so you cannot reach the management or the official. All roads are closed to you. Go to all branches of the bank, whether main or branch, and you will only find closed doors, so the end will not find a way but to remain silent about your stolen money with them.

14 days and three personal reviews of the branch for a simple and no money transfer transaction. This is not what we are used to, Branch 064 every time the employee reviews the transaction and promises us good and does not happen.
