This branch has a 1.7 ranking only because negative rankings are not possible. Absolutely no management of tickets and customer service sit idle pushing papers until someone materializes in front of them, serving with no regard to queue or ticket number. The only guy working is one person, Mohamed Bakir at the door pleasantly addressing inquiries. Security guard when asked why the queue was not moving says and I quote How do I know, I just came in. With the EMIRATESNBD logo proudly displayed on his chest. Shameful and deplorable.

Horrible!!Staff there DO NOT know their jobs - CLEARLY.Staff at Burj Al Arab branch sent my driver to Emirates Mall - Emirates Mall directed him back to Burj Al Arab - and when I asked to speak to someone on the phone to explain, they refuse!INCOMPETENT!! Worst bank ever. Even they deserve 0 star. They asked to update my details through email or ATM machine and In both ways didn’t work, and I also visited the branch when I found that they blocked my debit card for the same reason.I did many complains, calls and visits to this branch, they said its not showing on the system that its blocked and they requested to call the call center while in the branch. Yet, nothing was solved and here I am after 5 months with a blocked debit card. Shame on such a bank in Dubai.

The service at this branch is pathetic. The security staff are soo rude.. They literally push u and do not allow to sit even if there is empty place.. The made me visit the branch three times just to collect by credit card. Complete miss management. So at this branch if you go for a query they ask to call customer care as they say they do not have any customer service at the branch. And the security at branch are bias and racist interm of priority. And offcourse it takes 3 hrs to get your token number in the branch. Worst service ever

This is a huge shoutout to Lovepreet Singh!!Lovepreet, the security gentleman managing the ATM queues, made our day flow way easier and smoother than we’d imagined.He was kind enough to share his knowledge in knowing we’d have a max limit of withdrawing AED Xxx from the ATM per day, but we needed more. He also guided us to use the “Cardless Withdrawal” option via ENBD mobile APP, which eventually allowed us to have the full amount withdrew on time needed.Thank you Lovepreet!!

I requested a bank statement. They gave me a document which they call bank statement but there was no currency on it and the balance amount was wrong. I explained the issue to them and after a while they understood and gave a me a proper bank statement. And they told me I will not be charged twice. But I am charged twice. The worst bank in UAE.

Your queuing system is ridiculous. This is the worst branch in the entire emirate. You also have 2 able people working on a Saturday, with a +1hr long queue just to print a bank statementYour management should try visit this branch as a customer and see what actual customers have to endure when visiting the institution where their money is being held.

The worst bank service in the world. I am a priority client from over 20 years. My wife account got frozen because they have been sending her document update emails since October and she replies to those emails, however she also tried going to the mall of Emirates branch and they just tell her dont come again just updated by email, till the bank froze her account and then they told her no you should have come. The way they mistreated my wife, instead of updating her documents forcing her to go to a different branch. They even shouted at her causing her nervous breakdown there. I am planning to cancel all my accounts in this bank unless I get a proper apology and my wife gets upgraded to priority as compensation. Its a shame having such a branch working like this!!! Where the hell is the bank manager, dont they know how to perform their duties!!! When I went to the festival city branch where she opened her account I was told she could do it in any branch!! But now its too late cause they froze her account!!

Terrible customer approach people are standing in the bank queuing like beggers outside the food bank!!! Staff is extremely slow, unfriendly this the 1st time in my like I experienced something like this !!! Will be shifting my account to a different bank as this is unreal ! Terrible experience like you can’t imagine is it in UAE really !!! First of all we went to open a bank account so the security meet us in the entrance of course he don’t know that much but we realized that the bank is cutting cost and this guy was multitasking so he asked us some questions of course we do answer then he asked us to wait he switched to employee from the bank and really i feel that his managers told him we don’t wanna work 🙈 first he didn’t even read the paper i give him it was certificate and he doesn’t even have time to get attention to the details he was I believe pakistani guy so he was doing his best to create reasons to don’t work !!!Very bad experience I don’t recommend it by all means other banks are better

Update- have been trying to get this sorted for over a week now and still waiting in the queue. The floor manager and Transguard security guy are absolutely unhelpful and encouraging customers to leave because it is slow here. Never been to a worse branch anywhere in the world absolutely shocking...I will surely close my account with ENBD. Theyre not worth. It.Horrible experience - 1 hour waiting time is regular feature for them and instead of improving it, they tell you upfront that youd have to wait a long time. Seems like they discourage you from taking a token so they dont have to work. Very disappointing experience.

Had to wait 1 hour before being called. I was told that to open a foreign currency account a certain permission from head office will be needed. This permission will take 3 days and I will be informed once it arrives.Since then, no information. Extremely poor service, avoid at all costs.

I have account with bank for few years and all I have is headache from constant checks. Every 2 months I need to fill up some forms, send them, otherwise my account will be blocked. I complained to customer service and nothing. And Im not some bussiness person doing trades overseas. Stop annoying normal people.

I went in the afternoon to settle my auto loan they told me the system is down come back at 4 pm so I went back at 4 pm they said its still down and they advised me to go to Ibn Battuta branch and after going there they told me you have to come before 2 pm, it is like theres no communications between the branches and they just send people off to avoid arguments. Horrible customer service! I asked before I enter waiting in line that I need to request letter of account closure! They gave me a number. I sat down for half an hour or more, then when I reach the desk she tells me you have to come before 3pm early in morning to PLACE the request AND it will take 1 extra day to get my letter!!! Why wasnt I told this before I sat down, waited my turn!! And why does a letter take 1 whole day !! Why i cant reach any agent on the phone in the first place to inquire all this because of this automated agent, what happened go DIAL 0 TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON AND LIFE CAN MOVE ON!! Seriously waste of my time and even no empathy or solution for making me wait all this long! As if its my fault and I should have known! Where is the customer service in all this!!! Shame

Very long queues waiting to do anything, I was paying a cheque in on behalf of someone else. I have been waiting for my debit card for the past 4 weeks. (the bank says that Aramex has it, Aramex said and showed me proof that they returned it to them).Wondering if I would ever get my card. Very disapointed with EmiratesNBD services, (lots of bad experience since begining of the year): Once their services where down for more than a week because of some core system upgrade, another time my card got deactivated because of some recurent payments considered as potentially frodulent (the bank did not even took the time to call me to verify first), Double Secure Auth: SMS code thake more than 5 minutes to reach my phone, and auth fails...

Ive been banking with ENBD for about 12 years now. They used to be the best bank to deal with, never had any issues with them. The last 3 months alone have made me change my mind. Im genuinely looking forward to closing my account and moving my money, FDs and credit card elsewhere. Good riddance.

I requested 3 bank reference letters for my business on 13th August. Followed up and returned to the bank no luck they would call me. No call returned on the 9th September with a repeat request. Received 1 of the 3 by email. Followed up again with no result for the remaining letters. Returned again with a new request on 22 nd September. Very helpful gentleman was very apologetic and did the submission in front of me. Was called late on 24th September to say they were ready. No need to queue just ask and i can pick them up. Arrived at the bank on the 27th September to be told i had to queue and waited more than 40 minutes to pick up the remaining letters. And this they charge you a small fortune to get! What a pity customer service is so low on their priority as a branch.

The worst branch I have ever seen. Unqualified staff who cant help solve the easiest problem with the Online Bank Account. Huge queues and very unfriendly people are working there who dont want to work, because the most popular answer is: I dont know how I can do it, it is not my responsibility. I dread going here, but its the nearest to my house so Im left with no choice. It is always crowded, which is nobodys fault, but they closed the branch for renovation that took more than 3 months just to reopen a worse layout. Earlier there were many seats in the waiting area, and now it seats only around 4-5 people!! The ATM which was outside has been moved inside which makes the long queue cover the front counters at most times. I dont understand why they renovated if downgrading was the idea. Frankly speaking, people dont care how fancy the bank is. We are there for quick business only. Its a bank...not a spa. So being less fancy and more practical is the key. And as always, the staff are not welcoming or cooperative above an average level. Never a pleasant experience.

I am very very very disappointed in my bank. Since 2009 I have an account with Emirates NBD. As of late they have disconnected my telephone banking. I have to communicate through Twitter! I am constantly told I will be called and informed of why there are issues and what to do. No one ever calls back. Shocking shocking shocking. I have sent numerous emails and no reply. I have recommended Emirates NBD to so many people not only for accounts but to investors and people seeking mortgages as well. I dont understand what happened to the bank that I respected so much. Very sad.

The worst, slowest, incompetent and useless branch out of all of them. Wasted 30 mins of time because a mouse stop working one of the counters and they didnt have a spare mouse. They were running around like they lost a hard drive. The ticket numbers are all scattered and nobody understands how they go. The staff are like the sloths from the movie Zootopia, moving in slow motion. And the management there do their little favours for the rich folks that pass by and the rest just wait extra. I ask the customer service what are the documents i have present when opening a savings accounts, she asked me how much salary I am getting and i have to present my salary certificate!!So ridiculous! A Short Info: There is two places in MOE where you can use ATM & CDMs of Emirates NBD. The one oppposite to FAB is always rush, but same time other is not have a rush. Ask customer service of MOE to find both as per your convenience.

It was a good experience visiting this branch. Since its a small facility, it can get crowded in rush hours which it usually does. Location is very close to Carrefour market in the mall. If already ENBD customer you get priority ticket to save time. ATM and cash deposit machines also available. Only 2 banking officers in the branch so if you are there for account opening, be prepared to wait for a while
