The wait was long, and I was received in the waiting area instead of the desk. Had a digital version of my salary certificate from my free zone. They didnt like it because it had the free zones letterhead (which is the standard form of the document) instead of the companys. Mind you, I spent 160 AED to get that thing typed and addressed specifically to ADCB. I went to a cafe on the ground floor and opened and Emirates NBD account on my phone in the same time it took for me to talk to an employee in the waiting area at ADCB. Very dissatisfied, left a poor taste in my mouth and neither I nor my business will be working with ADCB going forward and I will be recommending anyone who asks to stay clear of ADCB.

This was the first time I go to ADCB and this branch. People working at the mall knew where it is (many usually dont know different stores). This branch is near Ski Dubai, next to Nautica and opposite Geox (pls see pix).The automated queue ticket dispenser was easy to navigate and there were 3 ahead of me. There was only one screen showing the number for the tellers, even though there were many rings for all the workers screens, and one needs to look all over to know which one is flipping of he/she does not look at the screen (the waiting area is too small for the number of customers and the number called screen is by the entrance, not visible unless it in its view).My turn was pretty quick and the teller was polite and informative, and got me on my way pretty fast.I agree with those who were happy with this branch but not in agreement with those who rated it low.

The worst adcb branch i ever visited. All UAE is going paperless but they need hard copies instead of email. Successfully wasted 3 hours in mall by looking photo copy shop 🙄🙁☹️

This branch must provide the lousiest customer service in the history of lousy customer services. ADCB in Dubai is not really famous for their customer service, but the people who work in the MoE branch really are a different kind of lazy and unmotivated. I closed my account, because I need a reliable bank, not a carousel of pain...

I would not even refer this bank to my enemies.It’s not a respectful bank at all , I thought u have seen bad banks but ADCB u top all uae bank when it come to irresponsible , unprofessional and useless.Blocking people account is not a joke and even after providing the necessary papers to show I’m still in dubai and working my account still frozen.I hope nothing but bad to u and litterarly ur losing clients with ur behaviors.

Terrible customer service from the agents til the manager.They implemented the 100aed deduction if salary will not be received on the account without PROPER NOTIFICATION (no notification at all). They deducted 100 on my account on March 25 because salary for February was not received. Ofcourse, if you are not always checking your account online, you wouldn’t know. I came to know that a deduction was done on April 1st week, called the call centre and they waived the deduction of 100aed but was advised that this is only one time reversal. So how would you back track your salary from March knowing its already April? So another deduction. Asked what are the requirements to close the account and was advised that i just need to go to the bank.Went to the MOE branch and was advised that billing statement, mini statement and a check (from your salary account which is a different bank) is required to close the account. I was assured by the agent, Ahmad that he will look into it and I may come back once I have the requirements. He gave assurance that he will take note that no deducation will be in placed since I am completing the requirements.Returned to the bank with the requirements and talked with another agent, Ali. Advised him that previous agent mentioned he would take note so deduction would be reversed. I was advised that he cannot take any note for that matter and still 100aed is needed to close the account. Talked to the manager, Omar. And told him the story. He just repeated that an agent cannot just take note. Though mentioned that he can review the conversation since everything is recorded but he called Ahmad and asked what hapenned. They talked in Arabic which I cannot understand. Ofcourse, he believed whatever he told him. And the manager did nothing about my complain. Bottomline, do not believe everything that they are telling you because customer service is not important for them. What’s important is for them to take your money. 100aed every month until you close your account. That’s just it.

Excellent bank love every service they provide. I banked with them for 6 years and they always were better than any other banks in UAE. Their net banking is the best and they dont charge like mashreq for money transfer. Policies are friendly unlike HSBC which is the worst bank ever and most customer unfirendly bank. ADCB u rock keep up the good work

I tried to use my touchpoint in emirates mall to charge the gift card. point was gone but card was not charged. i went to the branch office here and the officer said this is not their fault. why not???????? she was keep saying its machines fault.......omg. officer said point returns in 5 days but i have to take flight back to my country in 3 days. they just dont care customers situation and nobody trys to solve it.

Terrible service overall and not only at this branch of theirs but also over at The Greens, Karama and Burdubai branches.They almost always respond to a customer with NO, rather than giving options or solutions.AT MOE the receptionist looks like she is half asleep and bored or irritated to answer customers positively...Banks like ADCB really need to learn customer service from Asian banks!By the way...perhaps it is time the ADCB website Manager and MOE branch updated their WRONG phone number of the branch all over the internet!Probably done on purpose to avoid receiving customer calls! :)

Recently they have introduced a fee of 100AED per month if you dont maintain 20,000 dirham balance for no benefits. And of course 100AED if you want to close account . This bank rips your pockets on every step.

After struggling more than a 2 weeks in EMIRATES NBD BANK in MOE finally decide to cancel the acount opening request at ENBDand move to ADCB special thanks to Mr Ahmad he cleared all my doubts very calmly and successfully got the debit card too in just 2daysCONS OF THE ADCB BANKwe have to maintain 20,000 dhs or else bank will deduct 25aed every month and 100aed charge when you going to close the account

When you apply for a buyout loan, they will make calculations then when you will arrive on first month of installment, you will find increase of money taken(around 100aed more), improvidently you will be explained that it is because xx yyy reasons.still need improvement to be customer-centric and less suprises.

Went there to open a salary transfer account, bank rep almost took 1 & half hr filling the forms etc along with me for opening an account, was told by the rep the account will be opened the next day & I shall be contacted by the bank, after waiting 5 working days eventually decided to visit the branch to know the status of account however to my surprise advised by the bank that my application isn’t put forward until now which I think was lost somewhere, immediately asked bank rep to cancel my request,worst banking experience ever.
